This business is absolutely unprofessional. I ordered flowers through 1800flowers and the business owner stupidly left a voicemail on the recipients phone number and ruined the surprise. I try to call 4-5 times the day it happened and no answer. Call the next day and whoever picked up the phone tries absolutely NOTHING to fix the problem. Just kept saying “what do you want me to do, what do you want me to do?” I told him i would like the delivery and a full refund for ruining the surprise. He says that i have to wait till tomorrow to talk to the boss. How can someone who’s left in charge do zero for an upset customer? Whoever answered the phone kept cutting me off and has no skills in customer service or handling a situation in a professional manner. And after that upsetting convo, i still do not know if i will be getting a refund or not. I just have to wait. No apologies. Disgusted in the way they handle their customers and their own mistakes. I hope 1800flowers drops using this business as their provider.
