Great flowers for great prices! I love going to their fridge and picking out my own arrangements with my kids. Everything is clearly labeled so I can make sure the 3 year year old isn't grabbing the $6 stem rare orchids and sticking with the $1-2 bunches. Greens to make the bouquet more presentable are included and they always do a wonderful job arranging them in flower paper for me. I've bought their prearranged bouquets as well, everything from little $5 ones to extravagant $100 ones. I've never had a bad experience with them and it's fun to walk around their stores and look at their artificial flowers and home decor as well.

My Wedding Day: Peoples flowers did not make two corsages and my flower crown which I ordered with the rest of the flowers. The day of the wedding I noticed right away that those items were missing. The cashier stated that they had never been ordered and that it wasn't there problem. My wedding was very small and I did not order too many flowers, so I know exactly what I ordered. I was very distressed because I did not have a veil, I just wanted flowers in my hair. The lady went to talk to her manager and dragged her feet the entire time, even though I told her I was on a tight schedule (my hair and makeup appointment were in thirty minutes. They did not compensate me but said they would make me a new flower crown at an additional cost! I did it anyway because I did not have anything else to put into my hair. But even when I picked it up later that afternoon it wasn't what I wanted. I was frustrated by the fact that it was my wedding day and they did not care in the least that they messed up my order. When they called the lady who took my order to see if it was her mistake, she denied that I had ordered those items! It was one hundred percent an infuriating experience.

Third time I have ordered from this shop and I'm always more satisfied than the last time. This time the staff really went above and beyond. I failed to verify the details of my order and mistakenly made it for the wrong day. I showed up yesterday to pick up my order and was very upset when I was told that I was a day early. Totally my fault but the staff went to work immediately to find a solution. Without hesitation the woman at the counter went to the assembly line to get someone to prepare my order. In less than 10 minutes I had my mom's Mother's Day bouquet in hand and was out the door. Mother's Day is very special day for my family. My inattention would have definitely put a damper on things but the staff at this People's Flower Shop turned it all around quickly. Thank you so much for your flexibility.

I ordered from here because of reviews and the arrangements are beautiful I ordered the lillies and lemons I gave it 3 stars because I picked a specific time to have them ordered and paid for it, the flowers arrived noon and I had paid to have them delivered in the afternoon at 4 o don't mind them being delivered early if I was certain someone was going to be home but I new ar 4 there was luckily someone was home to receive the flowers when they were delivered if I would have known I wouldn't have paid to have them delivered at the time I chose. Also the lillie buds are all closed its unfortunate they aren't bloomed for the occasion.

Very nice website - easy to navigate and easy check out, too. Peoples has a really great selection of gifts and flowers - I was looking for care packages for the dreaded freshman college exams, and found Peoples had them by following a site referral from elsewhere. Little did I know the best looking, and most affordable options for fun care packages were in ABQ with my kid! My only (admittedly picky) wish with respect to the site is that one should not be required to choose an "honorific" on registering when one's proper honorific is not given. Please add "Dr." to your list, or simply allow people to opt out.

Peoples flowers has been around now for almost 80 years. I remember as a child going into the downtown store with my mother and I remember smelling the flowers and sometimes helping my mother pick the ones she'd place on our kitchen table. I never stopped coming to peoples flowers for my business and I started going to the candelaria location and I must say it's just a treat! The girls upfront are always so friendly and professional and it makes me happy to see such young girls who are so knowledgable and willing to help with any and all questions. Quality quality quality! I have never seen such lovely flowers, and such variety! The girls always know whats freshest and are more than willing to get something out of the back if they know it's back there. This is the first time posting a review and let me say it is so worth it! I had to sit here and read a few of the reviews before posting mine, and I am so sad to see so many people going out of their way to write negative reviews - and for what? Discounts? Something free? All I want to say is there is no need for such negativity, because these girls are so friendly and amazing and go above and beyond for me no matter the day. It's so sad to see such negativity in people. As a local business owner I must say I'd rather lose a customer like that than gain a sale now a days because people can just be so cruel while hiding behind a phone screen. just lost my mother, under the Jewish traditions we had to to the burial as soon as possible. We had less than 16 hours to get ready. We stoped by Peoples Flowers on San Mateo and Candelaria and meet with Jordan. She went above and beyond our expectations to make sure that we get our flowers ready by noon next day. Not only they were on time but also flowers looked amazing. I thought there was a mistake when I saw them, we didn't know how they were going to look, all we knew is that Jordan told us she make sure they will have special touches, and yes they did. On January 29th, I placed an order for flowers to be delivered to my husband on Valentine's Day. The red and white bouquet in the heart vase is what I ordered; the cheap arrangement in the tiny glass vase is what was delivered. So disappointed. In the end, they gave me a measly 50% discount (but still charged me the full delivery fee), but that didn't make up for this experience. A friend of mine was correct when she said the ones that they sent look like they came from Walmart, and another friend said he had the same experience with Peoples Flowers more than once. I hate that the surprise was ruined, but was too tired to fight for a full refund. :-(

I have used peoples flowers for the past 20 years. Yesterday I had an issue. I was a little upset on my daughters flowers showing up late. It was to be a surprise so I called her so she wouldn't leave work. Today I received a phone call from Josh. That probably meant more to me than anything. First off I want to thank Josh for the phone call. At the time when I wrote my first post yes I was a little upset. Josh offered to refund my money which I said no you're a business you need the money. The phone call was exactly what I needed. So we compromised and Josh waived the fee for delivering the flowers. I want everyone to know that I wish more businesses were like this and again thank you Josh and I will be using people's flowers again.

I live on the east coast and I called their shop at 6am (their time) and left a voicemail for same day delivery, they don’t open until 8am. I decided to go online and order which I never do- it’s always a nightmare. I ordered the flowers with the wrong delivery address and I noted to be delivered before 4pm. I found out the correct address and called and left a voicemail with my order number and by 1230p (abq time) my friend had the flowers and she was over the moon!!
