My boyfriend has placed 3 orders that were filled by this shop and the experience has not been up to par. Twice, I had to change the water in the flowers as soon as I got them because it was semi-cloudy and on the most recent order; a teddy bear was attached that looked like it was slightly defective. I attempted to make contact at the local phone number listed on the card to express my concern, but was never able to get an answer. Although the flowers looked decent, I’ve advised him not to do business with this shop again.

My experience at Flowerama in Las Cruces was awful...I paid $57.00 for a Birthday arrangement and a nice vase and the arrangement that was delivered was not what I ordered. Now my daughter didn't know that because I wasn't going to tell her that her birthday gift was screwed up. Instead of giving me a discount on the expensive arrangement I bought they wanted to take my daughters arrangement back to their office so they could correct the screw up and that was the best that they could do for me. I will never do business there again......

I purchased a Mother's Day gift for my mother and it was not what I paid for. The decor was horrible it was an edible arrangement; the fruit was not sweet. I highly recommend for edible arrangements to actually go to the edible arrangement location. Everything they do is great! Never again will I purchase from flowerama !

I have been this shop's customer since it opened. As of today, I will NEVER do business with them again! Thanks to Flowerama, Bonaminio's has a new faithful customer. You don't have to deal with eye rolling, huffing and puffing, and cynical tones from Bonaminio's or Zelek's or EVEN Off Broadway Floral!! I refuse to be Flowerama's victim of a poor excuse of customer service again. Telling my friends and family to do the same and highly suggest you do the same. If you're looking for quality products and services....go elsewhere. Flowerama SUCKS!!!! Update....I wish I could give a zero star ...picked the corsage up and it is not even what I ordered! It took 2 trips to the shop to pick it up. The first time they couldn't even find it. I think they threw something together before I got back the second time. Seriously folks....do not waste your time or money!!!

So impressed! Genysis (sorry if I misspelled) was very patient with a me as I know bupkis about flowers and was very helpful. Placed my order around 1130 and they had it delivered by 1230. Even more impressive because two other flower shops had told me no way for a today delivery. Wife loved it and it was exactly what I hoped it would like. Will definitely use Flowerama again! WOW!! I have never been more unhappy or mistreated by a business in my life!! I ordered $80 worth of flowers to be sent to my girlfriend on 2/14/12 and the arrived in the morning as promised. She did not seem to thrilled by them so i asked for a pic to discover that many of the roses were brown and wilting to the point of looking dead... Happy vday sweetheart here is some dead roses! Man let me tell you i scored big with this...not.. So i called them to ask for some help and i was told first of all by Amy i was incorrect they wouldn't of sent dead flowers! Then that if my girlfriend would drive them there they may replace them...I asked for the Manager and she refused to speak to me! So i called Corporate in hopes of making her day great but no such luck i was told that its busy and they could send more a different day.. Enough said they lost a guest for life!

I was so impressed how great she was at working with the flowers but how much she listened and she made it exactly how we wanted. I ordered what looked like a beautiful arrangement of plants on the website but what was delivered was not even close to the size or container displayed on the website. The cost was over $75 but the delivered arrangement should not have cost anywhere near that cost. I had hoped the family would want to keep the plants for displaying in their home or office but I wouldn't have wanted to display the arrangement that was sent. Very disappointed.

Not pleased at all. I placed an order online on Valentine's day, first thing in the morning (8am) so that my husband could have the arrangement delivered to his job before close time, which is 5:30pm only to find out that it was still not delivered after 5:30pm. The young lady at Flowerama that answered the phone stated that since it was placed in the morning that it would be one of the last ones because it wasn't ordered weeks ahead of time. I would imagine that they would have a disclaimer that states this online or they would be better prepared because most business on Valentine's day comes from last minute customers. If I would have known this ahead of time, I wouldn't have placed the order.

Went in to get flowers, the lady there helped me but didn't go that extra bit like asking if I wanted anything else ( balloons, cards, etc.). All in all nice store, good people, cool plants and flowers, but the delivery charge is way to much, so if you need flowers go and pick them up yourself and save that charge!

I ordered flowers ,online, for my Wife's birthday. When they were delivered they looked exactly like the picture. There were a few unopened flower buds in the arrangement. To our amazement they opened a few days later causing it to look even better, days, after delivery. It is a week later and it still looks as good, or better than when they were delivered. Very impressed with the quality of the bouquet. I ordered these online at 11PM on a Tuesday hoping they would make it on time the next day and they did. Flowerama is my new choice for all future flower orders. I could not be more happy with the quality of service and product.

The women at this place of business are rude, aggressive and accusatory. On Monday, 4/9/2018, I took a walk as I was waiting form my vehicle to be worked on at an establishment nearby. As I was walking near Flowerama, a large blonde woman delivery-type person pulled up in a company delivery vehicle. She immediately glared at me in rude and mean manner watching every step I took. She quickly went in the back door of Flowerama and soon returned with 2 other women. What seemed to be the owner/manager aggressively approached me and immediately started accusing me. She stated that I touched her vehicle and I was to not do so again. I emphatically denied the accusation and informed her that her employee was wrong and that she could call the police to pull finger prints off of her vehicle to prove that I was innocent of the accusation. She immediately called the police department to file a complaint about me. She request an officer to come as there was someone causing an altercation at her place of business to include tampering with her vehicle. During her communication with the police department, an eye witness walked up stating that he saw me the whole time I was walking by and I NEVER touched any vehicles. The owner/manager person completed the phone call and hung up. She gave me a half hearted apology. The large blonde delivery person, who caused the whole problem, never said anything to me and continued to glare at me in an accusatory manner. I thanked the witness for coming to my aid and proceeded to walk away. I will never do business with nor do I recommended Flowerama for anything. Rude, aggressive and accusatory persons!

I'm pretty upset with this place. I got my wedding bouquet on Saturday and it was HORRIBLE. I was the bride and literally in tears when I saw my bouquet. The stem for my bouquet was at least to my thighs and it was wrapped in a green cheap ribbon. On top of that they gave us a bucket to put my bouquet in that the ribbon was completely soaked. Disappointing to hear good things about a place and when you go to try it out it bites you in the butt. Be careful using them. Kristina

An absolute joke. Ordered at 7am, told them wife gets off at 4. They then waited all day and basically dumped the flowers at her office after she had already gone home for the day at 445pm on a friday so they could sit all weekend and rot. I complained, so they said they would go pick them up and bring them to our house, they then called back and said they changed their mind because we are too far. Just an absolutely horrible experience. Avoid this place.

Ordered LONG stem roses 24+ inches to be delivered for 2/13/18. I asked for a red bow, babies breath and greenery and that they be wired so the blooms don't wilt over. I asked them to be delivered in a box. Sales lady said they only deliver in a vase. I agreed to that. I received REGULAR length roses, no bow, no wire, no flower food. I called and the sales lady said she will have the owner return my call. The owner called and could care less about the issue. No apology. She merely stated she would refund my card in 3 to 4 days and would send the delivery man back to pick up the flowers. Unbelievable!!! I will wait and see if my $90 will be refunded.

I only give this place one star because you have too. Every single boquet I have received from here is just awful, they lookike they just throw them together and the literally use old molded broken flowers, and then you can actually see where they either cut off or break off the parts that are either dropping or dead, I will never use this Flowerama again they really need to get some quality flowers and actually look at the boquets before walking out the door with them to deliver them to people. FLOWERS are supposed to make people feel better not make them even more sad from receiving dead,brown molded roses.

Instead of delivering them on Valentine's day (like I paid for) they delivered them on Thursday January 31st. We have bought flowers from Flowerrama for years and years and the florist were very courteous and knowledgeable. BUT... we were very disappointed in their Appleton, WI store. We had a sudden death in the family and ordered flowers. They told us we had until Thursday to pay for the flowers, took my name and number. We went to pay for the flowers on Wednesday and they couldn't find our order. They called the manager of the store and informed us that they THREW THE ORDER AWAY!!!! They also informed us that they couldn't fill our order at that point because it was too short of notice. They never called us to confirm the fact or to ask if we still wanted the flowers regardless of the fact that they had two phone numbers for us. We are now stuck with a mess of having to order flowers the day before the funeral.......THANK YOU Copps in Appleton for helping us with this.

I was slightly upset with the lady I spoke with as she was very impatient with me. Overall, I am very pleased with the quality and look of the flowers.

Called yesterday to get flowers for my fiance's mother's funeral. The lady I spoke with on the phone was great, said she would mark us down as first drop off because of the time issue. Confirmed for me the flowers would be only blue and white and then we ordered a dark red rose as well. However, today has been a complete mess. They were supposed to be here between 930 and 10am. Called at 1020, they employee said "Oh sorry it does say first drop off here, but we didn't notice." Then she said she would call the driver and get the flowers here in the next 20 mins. Almost 30 mins later our flowers get here. They are blue, white and PURPLE. Also, the we got a single WHITE rose instead of dark red. I called again, and asked for more blue flowers like there should have been (we took out the purple) and a dark red rose. I just spoke with them again and they told me there was nothing they could do about the blue flowers. They could send the driver here with a dark red rose later but she wasn't sure when that would be. She did not seem apologetic and tried to put the blame on other employees. This may seem like a small thing to them, but after the week we have had, we just wanted something to go right. Now, we have to run around town and hopefully find the correct flowers in time before the funeral. Oh, and we wasted our time and $118. Thanks for nothing, Flowerama. You can be sure I will never go to you and will tell everyone about this.

My husband bought me a beautiful orchid for Mother's Day from Flowerama. Unfortunately, it was knocked over on my screen porch from the wind in a storm last week. Both stems broke and the pot shattered. I brought my sad looking orchid in today expecting to purchase a new pot (these are thick, expensive looking pots) and to hopefully hear good news about the stems. Instead, I was greeted as soon as I walked through the door and approached by a cheerful employee. First, she let me pick out a brand new pot at no cost to me. Then, she explained to me how to care for my wounded flower and snipped the broken stems off. She was very knowledgeable and kind. As we were about to leave, she made my daughters day by giving her a rose. Thank you Flowerama! You have a life long customer.

Was very unhappy with this place. Went there for funeral arrangements for my dad. They had very little to choose from since it was holiday weekend but wasn't willing to work with us in anyway..and wasn't the nicest person either. Also on the day of my dad's funeral...the $150 arrangement we had ordered was dying...and the $90 easel we ordered was supposed to have 36 roses on it....and it only had 23! What did we pay for?? It wasn't the customer service and it wasn't for nice flower arrangements! Will not go here for anything else ever!

Service was good till we got our order. I ordered a bouquet and boutonniere as a gift for my brother and sister in law's wedding over the phone. Then I brought her (bride) in to confirm what she wanted, how it was going to look (simple and elegant), and paid it in full so all we had to do was pick it up. Well on pickup day, her mother (mother of bride), decided what my SIL chose wasn't big enough and made the flower shop take the bouquet apart and add flowers my SIL did not even want! Their excuse was, oh we get this all the time and assumed you guys knew since she came to pick it up. I asked why they didnt think to call me as I am the customer that ordered it with the bride, and we confirmed it and paid for it in full. They responded, she paid the difference and made us take it apart. We didnt go even get to see what we asked for!! Then I asked how we could remedy this issue because that was not what we ordered nor did they notify ME about MY order. The owner was supposedly there that night of pickup and didn't want to give me a refund. They were trying to give me a new bouquet.. AFTER the wedding already happened. I kept asking why they didnt call me first, and they just kept saying it's their policy to help the customers in front of them to make that customer happy. The owner made me wait a week for a $20 refund. We will not be trusting this shop again.

Ive been ordering flowers and fruit bouquets from here for the last 11 years and never had an issue with ordering on Valentine’s Day. Today I called as soon as they opened (like always) and before I could even finish my sentence the girl that answered yells out “we're booked til Saturday sir sorry”. If she would of just let me finish I was going to order and pick up myself rather then having them deliver. Very disappointed and not much I can do cause unfortunately they’re the only flower shop (that I know of) in Las Cruces, NM.

After a flower order from another florist for our grandmother's funeral fell through, my husband and I called to see if Flowerama could help us last minute. They were so sweet on the phone and offered to work with us. We rushed over and the staff was so very kind and helpful! They offered suggestions on types of flowers and colors and were able to help us make some quick decisions. We ended up with an absolutely gorgeous spray (quite possibly the prettiest one there) that was delivered before the funeral services that very day! Their prices were also lower than the other shop we had ordered from and the flowers were prettier. We cannot thank them enough! We will definitely use them for future flower needs!!

I explained the sign on the door says they close at 8 pm, she said she has to close based on her clock inside the store and that clock says 8pm. I called, trying to get a delivery done the same day, late in the afternoon. I understand it was late notice, and that chances were not good on it being able to happen. But the person who answered the phone was pretty rude to me, and all I was trying to do was find out if they could deliver after 5pm. I did not appreciate the attitude, when I knew going in it was unlikely, and would have graciously accepted that answer. I did not appreciate being spoken to the way I was, and when I said "Nevermind, I'll just have to try somewhere else, thank you." I got hung up on. Very rude and unprofessional!

Just spoke with someone on the phone about setting up an appontment for a wedding consultation. I was told that I should look at the wedding flyer first. I said that I was out of town and was told that I should stop in next time I'm in town to pick up a flyer. Just an initial reaction, but this seems very unprofessional. Do you not want my business?
