Great wholesale florist! Have been here twice to buy bulk flowers to make centerpieces. I am not a professional florist so I needed to make centerpieces on a budget! The staff is super friendly and helpful. Last time they went the extra mile and turned some extra flowers I had purchased into a bouquet for my daughter's First Holy Communion.

When Jason answered the phone he was so pleasant and helpful that I knew I had the right place. They delivered to my friend who had just gotten out of the hospital.....she was elated. Hiring Albuquerque Florist for my wedding flowers was one of the best decisions I made when it came to wedding planning. After reading great reviews about them online, I decided to contact Nancy, and soon realized why they had such great reviews. Nancy is incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and kind, and went way out of her way to help me afford the flowers that I had always dreamed of. Their prices were significantly cheaper than what other florists wanted for the same bouquet, and even allowed us to make our own centerpieces and boutineer to save money on labor. When I finally saw my flowers on my wedding day, they were fresh, delivered on time, the exact “vision” I had in mind, and had sweet touches such as a heart and key on my bouquet and my husband’s boutineer. I’d highly highly recommend Albuquerque Florist and Nancy for weddings!

Once upon a time this very suite, (nestled in the middle of this strip mall between the ArtAttack ceramics studio and the old barbershop) Was Tartaglia Flowers and gifts, whose. Arrangements, and delivery services were patroned by my family for many celebrations, congratulations, graduations, condolences, throughout the years. Fast forward to the here and now and sadly this is just another retailer soured by his shrinking profit margins and ever increasing rent or overhead to really welcome and invite walk in business. (At least i hope that is the case otherwise this dude is got bigger problems than an extreme lack of customer service) whatever the case may be, it is a far cry from the florist operation once operating here. I noticed prices were 5% -25% higher than comprable assrymnts at save-on flowers.. From 3singular roses to a not impressive arrangement of tiger lillies and greenery. I seen better more eye catching arrangement at Albertsons believe it or not and ended up going back there for the last one..i hope your expierience is different! Give em a try.I like to support small biz as i can ..maybe he wad having a bad day...

They always describe how beautiful the arrangements are, and this means a great deal to me, so I will continue to order from them when I need flowers delivered locally. Update: I ordered a bouquet of Birthday flowers and the delivery was for Los Lunas. Since they did not have delivery service for that area, they used a third party to have my order and deliver it. I was not entirely happy with the work of that third party but Albuquerque Florist contacted me several times and made sure to offer the best customer service possible. Very responsible business :)

These guys are usually pretty good, but they dropped the ball today--Valentine's Day. I'm a longtime customer and they usually deliver a very nice arrangement that you're very proud to order. Today the roses look like they were thrown into the vase with no sense of "arrangement" whatsoever! I'm embarrassed! If I could post a pic I would. You'd see the lamest dozen roses, you would NEVER order from these guys! They get two stars instead of one because they usually send nice arrangements, but today, Valentine's Day, THEY SUCK!

Promised flower selection would be available but at the last minute " couldn't get" peonies so I had to get on the Internet myself and order $500+ in peonies and provide them to the flower store!!! (these were already represented in our fully paid contract and alb floral would not reimburse cost).. then after the wedding wanted us as the newly married couple to collect their center pieces and return them ....which required trying to get them all back from the hotel who lost 3 of them.... rather than delivering and collecting as the vendor they wanted us to pay additional $75 per lost centerpiece ....extremely poor customer service and just bad business practice ... Albuquerque Floral YOU are the vendor.. do your job so people can enjoy their day

If you are looking for flowers of any kind this is the to go place!!! my partner and I are went to many florist in the Albuquerque area they were all very impersonal and majority of them were rude. Nancy Enns at the juan tabo location made us feel important and welcomed. I could not have asked for a better experience. I highly recommend them to any and everyone. thank you Nancy !!!!

Delivered Moldy fruit basket to the Hospital i recived some flowers and a fruit basket after giving birth in the hospital. i opened up the fruit basket the same day i recived it only to find fuzzy moldy berries. the fruit basket consisted of 2 containers of strawberries, 3 containers of raspberries, and 3 containers of blueberries. two of the raspberry containers and one strawberry container was full of fuzzy mold. The hospital is not a good place to deliver moldy berries! After posting a negative review they contacted me and sent a replacement fruit basket. The replacement fruit were fresh and delicious. Thank you Albuquerque Florist for correcting your mistake.

Edit: I opted to edit this review to 3 stars. I went to the store and handled things in person and they promptly replaced my arrangement after being shown a picture of what it should’ve looked like and seeing the bouquet in front of them. I wasn’t exactly satisfied with the explanation for why the flowers were so vastly different from those ordered but the girl was friendly and apologetic (they said it was temp help but I don’t understand how someone could look at arrangement of only roses and leave 2/3 of the roses out and replace them with different flowers). The following morning I was left a very apologetic msg by the owner (whose call I didn’t have time to return) and actually received a new bouquet of 18 flowers that afternoon. I can’t in good conscience increase my review to 5 stars because too much was wrong. The flowers were not the correct arrangement and not nice looking. The store didn’t handle my call well when I attempted to clear it up over the phone, and that was when I finally was able to get a person to answer. And it was reiterated to me in person that if flowers are ordered through FTD, their policy states you should call FTD. That doesn’t make sense because FTD did not make this arrangement. They were the middleman. And lastly because I shouldn’t have had to spend valentines returning my gift. But I will say that the effort to make it right in the end made things better. They sound like they do want to do right by their customers when things are brought to their attention and the 2 arrangements I currently have are beautiful. Flowers were ordered through FTD and the arrangement was made and delivered by Albuquerque Florist. The bouquet was supposed to be an arrangement of 16 roses. I received an arrangement that only actually had 5 roses along with some other types of red flowers and another type and color of flower altogether. I double checked the substitution policy and it states that roses should be substituted for roses of a different color if a substitution is necessary. Since this bouquet was only supposed to be roses, there should have only been roses substituted. In addition, the roses I did receive look like they're end of life. They are starting to wilt on the edges. Since today is Valentine's Day, I am able to compare them with multiple roses that have been received in the office, and these are nowhere near as nice. I attempted to call Albuquerque Florist and was hung up on the first time (I assume by accident because they hadn't even said hello). I continued calling and kept getting a message requesting that I leave a voicemail but the voicemail box was full. I was eventually able to reach someone and nicely explained the situation, hoping for an apology and attempt to rectify the situation. Instead I was placed on hold only to be told that I would need to call FTD because they couldn't find the order. I feel the employee should have tried harder to locate it. She could've asked where they were delivered. She verified the spelling of the last name but never verified the first name spelling. These flowers were just delivered today so they obviously received the order. I included pics of the arrangement that was order vs. what was delivered, although I don't see the pictures now. I will be glad to supply them if the shop follows up on this. (Order was made under the name Meghann Carrillo). Albuquerque Florist should have been embarrassed to deliver these. After showing pictures of what this arrangement was supposed to look like, multiple co-workers have asked for the name of the shop that delivered. Instead of being able to say that the shop made it right, I am telling people exactly how the shop responded. This was an expensive bouquet and would have been worth every penny, had I received the bouqet that was actually ordered. The one sent was sub par and not even close to comparable.

Do yourself a favor and order some flowers from here. Now, let me warn you first, the bouquet will not be your ordinary, run of the mill arrangement. Time and creativity is taken when making their arrangements. I recently ordered an arrangement of exotics for mother's birthday. This exotic gift rendered my mother speechless with its beauty. There were many stems included in the arrangement which is always a plus when one is sending flowers for a gift. I placed my order with 'Amy' who was extremely pleasant and patient with my indecisions. Albuquerque Florist is a place that makes you want to make any excuse just so you can order flowers from them! Go ahead...treat yourself.

I ordered some flowers today and I did it online. They offer same day service that was great however the flowers look dead and very lonely the picture looks great but not so great in person. It's like ordering a McDonald's cheese burger on the menu nice and juicy and opening it and looking at something just thrown together. I looked at the reviews before ordering and thought that I would receive a little better looking set of flowers.

For some reason, the florist was the last vendor that I booked for my wedding. I guess I just didn't find anyone that I truly trusted to carry out my "vision" for the flowers at my wedding (in my price range)--until I visited Nancy at Albuquerque Florist. She truly went above and beyond at the consultation and even made a small flower arrangement to show us what the centerpieces would look like---and let us keep it. On the day of the wedding, they were prompt and everything was done on time. I didn't see any of the setup prior to the reception, but when I walked in to the ballroom, it took my breath away. Seriously. For the small price I paid, I had huge, beautiful, luscious centerpieces that were truly amazing. I don't know how else to say it--Nancy did such an awesome job that looked like I spent 10x what I did. Believe me, if you go with Nancy and Albuquerque Florist, you will not be disappointed.

I ordered a spa gift basket to be delivered to my boyfriend’s mother in Green Valley, AZ on Mother’s Day. The nearest florist who could do the gift basket was 55 miles away and they wanted about $45 more, to no fault of Albuquerque Florist. Dee reaches out to me to verify if I wanted to pay the extra or if I wanted to send a floral arrangement that was the same price and in Green Valley. I decided to order a floral arrangement in their city and Dee called to place the order for me. Unfortunately, the Green Valley florist, Camilot Florist, was rude to Dee and told her we would “get whatever flowers were left” in the arrangement. Dee decided not to do business with them and found another florist who could deliver our arrangement tomorrow as well as upgrading our arrangement! She also gave me 20% off my next arrangement. They have excellent customer service and I feel they went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for us. :)

They'll take you into the cooler room to look at the options if you're unsure of what you'd like. Wonderfully helpful & friendly staff, beautiful arrangements, agreeable prices. It was my first time ordering from here and it will probably be the last. I ordered an sunflower arrangement for a very special friend and when she received the arrangement it was nothing like I ordered first it had no sunflowers second the vase I had ordered was a tall the one they sent was a short white vase which was nothing like in the picture!!! And to finish it off some of the smaller flowers were dry and crispy falling off the arrangement!!!! So I after I revived the arrangement I contacted the flower shop and they said they would send me a new arrangement and I still haven’t received anything!!! What a way to treat their customers. Like I said first and last time I order anything from them.

I had some issues with the delivering of the flowers I had purchased for my sister’s birthday, however I was well taken care of with the issue. I instantly received a call and the gentleman apologized for the inconvenience. (Revised - I was disappointed in the condition of the flowers of 2nd arrangement, but my extended family was so pleased to have the flowers, I'm revising my review. Customer Service is kind; I hope you have better experience overall!) I ordered twice from Albuquerque Florist about a year ago. Both times for my grandmother to brighten up her day after my grandfather passed. The first arrangement, (Designer's Choice) was lovely and quite cheering to my grandmother. The 2nd arrangement, an altar arrangement for the memorial service, was a large green and white arrangement that added so much to the little church. I was disappointed in the condition of most of the flowers...But the gladiolas were beautiful! Because of the gladiolas, which my grandmother was able to enjoy as they opened, and because of the earlier vase arrangement which was prettily done, I give this review 2 stars.

This was our 50th wedding anniversary and a very special occasion. I surprised my wife with 50 red rosses and I was so worried it wouldn't be right. Albuquerque Florist met and exceded my expectations. The roses were beautiful and my wife loved them along with the center pieces! Everything was perfect. I use Albuquerque Florist every time I send flowers. They have never disappointed until this Valentines. The flowers were supposed to be delivered on February 14th but were not. When I called the staff was a little short with me ( I'm sure they were busy given it was valentines day) but they did offer to upgrade the flowers and add free strawberry's to be delved the next day. The flowers and strawberry's were delivered but there was no upgrade to the flowers, they were the same ones I had ordered. I'll give them another chance given this is the first bad experience I've had with them and they at least tried to make up for their mistake.

By far one of the best florist experiences ever. Brennen the owner is amazing and thoughtful. Flowers are usually a special thing and he found a way to put a personal touch that's hard to find. On time delivery and you might even get a friend out of the experience. I could not have had a better florist experience than I had with Albuquerque Florist! I had some ideas going into my consultation with Nancy, but hadn't been able to find any pictures of exactly what I wanted. When I talked to other florists, they just tried to copy the pictures I had found, even though I explained that they weren't exactly what I was looking for. Nancy listened so carefully, and made absolutely beautiful suggestions until we reached the perfect arrangements! She was very flexible as our numbers changed, and she was able and willing to work with me to attach a family heirloom to my bouquet (which wasn't easy). The flowers were fresh and just gorgeous!

I almost forgot to write my review after I used this florist shop a couple of months ago. My wife celebrated her twenty-fifth birthday a couple months ago, and I was unable to be there to celebrate her birthday with her. I'm deployed overseas and was not able to be there for her for that special day. It was a rough birthday due to us being newlyweds and I was sent overseas. I wanted to do something extra special for her and I wanted flowers with it. I was searching for a florist shop by review and Albuquerque Florist, Inc came up as one of the highest rated Florist shop in the city. I placed my order and told them of our situation and how I wasn't able to be there that day. I told them I didn't know her work schedule too well but that she was off on Wednesdays. The following Wednesday came and they delivered the flowers while she was home. A perfect execution! My wife messaged me crying saying how much she loved the flowers and the letter I wrote her. She was so happy. It was a successful mission and I couldn't have done it without the help and support of Albuquerque Florist, Inc. I for one will be returning for more business in the future.

My mother loved the flowers. She said, "Thanks for the beautiful flowers!! They are gorgeous and very well arranged! Cool vase, too." The person taking the order over the phone was friendly, thoughtful, and made ordering quick and easy. Albuquerque Florist made my wedding bouquets and they were absolutely GORGEOUS!! I had so many compliments on the flowers the day of my wedding. I could not be more happy with the product they provided. Additionally, the customer service was FANTASTIC!! My husband and I walked in literally 5 minutes before closing time. Nancy was happy to help us regardless of the time. We bought and paid for our flowers that same day because she was AMAZING and we felt we could trust her to do an amazing job! I went in the shop to send a woman I am seeing some flowers. Apparently they don't send out new orders past 2pm out till the following day (I went in at 3pm). Well the lady behind the counter was kind of rude while explaining this to me so I left pissed. Well, I called and spoke with the manager. He was awesome in handling my order and very apologetic about the earlier situation. I will continue to go through them just because the manager was that awesome in correcting the situation.

I was placing a call from Montana to send flowers to my Grandma in NM and the lady was SO rude for no reason. After being listening to her snobby attitude, I hung up and called mauldins instead. My experience with Mauldins (Melody was the girl on the phone) was WONDERFUL. She was kind and patient. I recommend not giving your buisness to albequrque florist.

I've used this shop a few times for work and EVERY TIME, they blow my mind on their design and service!! We usually just request a color or theme that we are going for for the event and let them design whatever they like and it's turned out amazing each time. Everyone here is so friendly and they have a good ribbon selection and some good diy center piece items in the little room next to the flower floor. A+
