My husband and I both love Wyckoff Florist & Gifts. We discovered this lovely shop upon moving into Wyckoff 4 years ago. The staff are very helpful and friendly and have been so happy with each floral arrangement we have purchased from them. The flowers are always beautifully arranged and are so fresh the most recent arrangement my husband bought for me lasted close to 2 weeks (I changed the water frequently which helps). I also like how the store also has cute gifts for the home and holidays. We will continue to support this small business!

They were very helpful and kind. We knew going in what we wanted which made the whole process much quicker and easier. There was also an error witb my bouquet the day of my wedding. They came and fixed it when I called and made it perfect. I am very pleased with their service. Flowers were beautiful. Corsages were amazing. Men looked great with their boutonnieres.

I got married last December 2017 and cannot say how happy I was with Wyckoff Florists. Dottie went way out of her way to be accommodating as I was asking her to help me with floral arrangements for my "Game of Thrones" themed wedding. Not only did the flowers look absolutely perfect, but she made them unique to my theme. On the day of my wedding, I couldn't stop talking about how much I loved the flowers. Dottie had excellent communication with myself and my decorator, and I felt like all I needed to do was show up the day of my wedding and everything was taken care of. Ok. So low rating for an extremely unfortunate experience. My family ordered flowers for our uncle’s funeral here. The first batch (for the funeral home) arrived on time and was wonderful. But due to store’s error the second and third batches that were supposed to be sent to church and to the cemetery never came. As a result we had no flowers during service or at the burial site. We were also going to give every attendee a flower to lay on the grave. We ended up having to run back and get the flowers that we used for the viewing in the funeral home, trying to pick out the least faded ones. I think the most frustrating part was lack of sympathy from the store staff. My brother asked if they would provide a discount, the response was “there was no issue with the first delivery, so we can’t give you a discount. We’ll refund payment for the undelivered flowers”. And I guess strictly speaking the logic is solid. But you have to account for the emotional turmoil your customers are in already, and you just made a very difficult day even more difficult. Anyways. That’s my two cents.

We wanted three arrangements for my mom’s wake. We ordered in person on the Friday before Christmas, which was on a Sunday, and needed them for the following Tuesday. Dottie was honest with us and said that she would do her best, but with the hoilday it might be difficult to get certain flowers and colors. Our fears were unfounded as the arrangements were beautiful. It made a very difficult time a little less so. We were very pleased both with the honesty and with the arrangements.
