This guy is all out the best guy I've met in a while. His bouquets looked exquisite and I even forgot to leave my name and number and fell asleep, he left a note on the door that I could pick up my flowers around the corner at joes liquors because he wanted them left in a cooler. He is an overall great guy.

The flowers I ordered on the FTD site was not what was delivered by their arrangement. It was not even the same kind of Lily's and color of roses in the arrangement. The flowers didn't look fresh because some of the leaves my wife showed me had brown edges. They didn't even bothered to cut any of the leaves from the stems before placing in the bland no color vase full of water. my arrangement was supposed to have a vibrant color vase. FTD says on the website that leaves in the water poison the flowers. I was on hold for a hour and a half with FTD to fix this mess and get all my money back. Shame on you for being sloppy!

My Aunt was so happy when she received "The FTD® Big Hug® Bouquet". The flowers were gorgeous! The bear was cute too... You see, her brother had recently passed away on her couch and she became very very depressed and I wanted to cheer her up. Thank you very much for making her smile again!!!

Hi I was very disappointed when I saw my sisters flowers. When they arrived at the church there were 2 flowers that were torn. The bouquet was also very different than the bouquet requested. In addition, the bouquet was not full. For the price paid it had a limited amount of flowers. It was cheap in quality and quanity. The church Secretary telephoned after it was delivered on my behalf to inform the staff that the flowers were broken and were of low quality. But no one answered. I just got back in town and was unable to call today. I was very disappointed when I saw the flowers. The gentleman I spoke to although hurried me off the phone assured me that the flowers would be beautiful and of good quality. If I could give a zero I would. Sincerely a very disappointed customer.

Horrible customer service. I had ordered an arrangement for a birthday present. I was not in town. It never arrived at its destination. I called and they assured me that they sent them. I had someone go to the florist to see if it could be resolved. They where very mean to her and adamant that they sent the package. My friend was able to get them to look again and they found them sitting in their back office. They had never delivered them. They really were unapologetic and just added a ballon to our order. I will never use this place again.

LIFE SAVER. David literally saved my wedding. My florists (Ava’s Flowers; NEVER WVER EVER BUY FROM THEM) canceled and decided not to send my flowers the DAY OF MY WEDDING. Luckily we stumbled upon David’s shop in google maps since it was the closest and he got me my bridal bouqet, four bridesmaid bouquets and a boutenaire done for me ALL WITHIN AN HOUR AND JUST IN TIME FOR MY WEDDING. The arrangements were BEAUTIFUL and the prices are amazing! David is an amazing man and truly helped me out at a desperate time. He saw the predicament I was in and spent after close hours to finish up my wedding arrangement. This guy deserves five stars and more. Thank you so much David for all you did for me! I am so grateful!

I'm not sure the florist knows his flowers outside of general colors. Send a picture to the person who ordered your flowers - always good to let them know how what they ordered and paid for compared to what was received. In our case - flowers were totally different, the few roses included were already looking wilted and the double upgrade she paid for was not included - the quantity was basically what you get at the grocery store, maybe a little better. BTW - they took back the arrangement. I wish this review allowed me to post the flowers.

Im a Virginia resident but my mother in law lives in New Brunswick. I ordered Mother's Day Flowers on their wesbite for Saturday delivery...nothing. Called Sunday morning and was pretty much chastised because I didn't call them after ordering on their site and getting a confirmation email. Eventually the guy told me he'd check on my order and call me back...nothing. It is now the monday after mother's day and still nothing. When I call the shop...nothing..no one answers. Well..this place is just so wonferful, I think I will keep using them as my florist.

I was the recipient of an arrangement from this shop. The person who had them delivered said she asked for the shop to call and arrange a delivery time to ensure I'd be home. I never got a call, instead I was contacted at the delivery time with a voicemail that simply said that someone left a plant on my porch, no name or any information. I called back as I wasn't home and wouldn't be for the day asking if they could reschedule the delivery. The man rudely told me he couldn't do that because he had a lot of deliveries. I again said how I wouldn't be home until later that evening and I didn't want them out in the weather, he again rudely interrupted me saying well I should call someone else in my building to get them for me or just go home. (Mind you I was not near to home and I would have been home if I had gotten a call to schedule the delivery like they were asked.) I asked again why he couldn't just pick them back up and deliver the next day, I didn't mind the wait I just wanted them to arrive safely. Instead he told me that he guessed he could pick them up and leave them at the shop and it'd be my problem. I finally gave up on trying to get any help from him since he kept interrupting and insisting I just go home or call someone to get them. The plant was fine and looked nice enough( I snapped a picture for the person who sent them and she was happy) when I got home hours later, but the entire experience was spoiled by the rude delivery man. We will never use this shop again. Get better delivery people!!!

Ordered for my girlfriends birthday. Called several times and emailed twice , no response. No delivery. Next day called again, guy was rude and started giving me a lesson on flowers and how the bouquet I picked was not in season. Why was it on the website then?? Lolol told me I should’ve called ..... Cancelled the order. Never use this place again.
