Friday, May 31'19, I got their address from the internet. I was directed to their web site and was told to select the flowers I wanted sent to the Hospital for my Step Mom. I selected the Floral Spectacular with the Flor-Elaborate Vase. I told her I live in N.Y. and request a pic sent b/4 delivery. I was told they do not do that. On Sunday a family member sent me a pic. It was not what I selected!! Not the flowers or color theme. I called on Monday 6/2/19 and Anna told me people liked them when she delivered to the hospital. REALLY!!? They are not what "I selected", "I" do not like them!. Go get them! She said "keep them for free". I told her I didn't want them nor do they reflect the price. Again, she said "keep them for free". I stopped paymt on the 5th of June. She (Anna) then placed a post that I was a return problem customer and was never satisfied!! I saw it June 11,'19, I respond calling her a liar saying, I "never, ever" did business with her/ her company before 5/30/19. I ordered her to cease with the lies. I promised her I would sue her for defamation of character!!! I was so disappointed with the entire situation, my first and last time. She did not try to make restitution, did not apologize and then attacked my character with lies. The picture below on the left is what I selected, she assured me I would get this with the same flowers, long stem and color theme but w/ a different vase. The picture on the right is what she sent my 83 yr old Step Mom. Yellow theme, few flowers with many ferns and the ugly bow covering the vase (I do not know if it is the one selected)... She was belligerent, unprofessional, liar, disrespectful, inconsiderate, rude and a character assassin. I print out all of the posts should I need them to sue her for lying and attacking my character on the internet. This is so unacceptable for any business. I gave one star because there is no zero~
As of June 14-18th Ms Anna has been bashing my character in the reviews; saying I am a problem customer and she finds me hard to please. I have responded saying May 31st Friday '19 was my first time and my last unfortunate dealing with her or that company. She claims to have proof. I continue to post for her to "show her proof" b/c she is lying and her only recourse is to bash my character. I will continue to defend my integrity. she hates my "honest" review and like a child she is throwing mud and lying with no proof that she claims to have that I am a return customer...sic~
