ordered flowers for Christmas for my Mom- received a confirmation number stating flowers would be delivered 12/21- well... Merry Christmas, no delivery has occurred, no phone call to either party or e-mail. Called and left a message inquiring about the delivery- no return call.. website says today they are closed, and there will be no deliveries till 12/26, Really?!!- I always use old bridge florist, they were shut down due to a fire, I am sorry I substituted this business, shame on FTD

My husband sent me flowers to work a few days ago. Absolutely gorgeous! Even the vase they came in was stunning! Beautifully arranged and a lovely variety of flowers in my bouquet. I have recieved a few bouquets from Roots of Love and have never been disappointed! Staff is pleasant and delightful!

I put my order in over the phone and have never used Root Of Love before. I needed an arrangement to send to a wake of a co-workers family member. I spoke with Lisa who was very pleasant and understood I am a typical guy who knows nothing about flowers. I gave her a dollar amount and left everything up to her. The arrangement was beautiful. Everyone at the wake was talking about it. Colorful flowers arranged on a nice stand. I couldn't be happier and I bet the deceased would have been happy too. I will use them again for sure.

I contacted Roots of Love for flowers for my father-in-law's funeral. The store was closed and Lisa was nice enough to go back to the store and re-open for us. She was professional, patient and could not have been any nicer. We chose funeral pieces from a book; a Cascading Casket Spray, a Bleeding Heart, a Veteran's Wreath, and an 18 Roses Rosary. When they were delivered, we were amazed at how beautiful they were. Each piece was breath taking. They were unique and spectacular and much nicer than what we had chosen from the book. There were even exquisite jewels nestled inside each of the pieces. It seemed that everyone that came to the funeral services commented on the amazing floral displays. There were many more displays there that friends and family ordered from Roots of Love which were equally stunning. 4 years prior we had visited a DIFFERENT FLORIST for my mother-in-law's funeral and they were terrible. We spent a couple of thousand dollars and were horrified at what they delivered. My father-in-law was so upset. It broke his heart that he could not surround his beloved wife with beautiful flowers at her funeral. I know that he would have been very happy with the job Roots of Love did. It warmed our hearts that we could give him a good send off. I should add that the flowers from Roots of Love were half the price of the previous florist. Thank you, Roots of Love!
