Ordered a bouquet for my sister-in-law’s 30th birthday... online ordering was quick and easy and the bouquet was delivered on the correct day. However, I was disappointed with the product that was delivered. I ordered a “forever fuchsia bouquet” and there were no lilies, fuchsia stock, light pink spray roses, pink heather, or eucalyptus. There is a disclaimer when ordering saying some substitutions will be made based on availability, but I definitely think there should be some advance notice that the bouquet is basically going to be completely different from what is ordered. Disappointed I spent so much for pink carnations with a few pink roses. Would not recommend this shop for online gift ordering.

These people can time travel. Which would be cool, except when it means the flowers you ordered get there a day early and you are trying to surprise someone. Getting a delivery notification dated the 18th while it is only noon on the 17th, can't say I see using this place future...

Lovely international order for my mom's birthday. The woman who took my order was was helpful, she noted which flowers & colours I disliked and left them out of the bouquet. She was careful to get my card details right. I'd order from this business again any day. And they did same day delivery within Summit, despite me only placing my order at 1pm EST! Very good.

Extremely disappointed, I ordered flowers for Mother's day, they were supposed to be delivered on the Saturday prior. They did not show, I called on Sunday(Mother's day) in hopes they could be at least delivered on that day, a young lady explains the order was wired to a different florist, OK?? She would have to check into it and call me back... No call, No flowers!, and I am still trying to have the charges removed from my credit card. I sent an Email to the contact on the web site, no response, tried the 800-number no good. Looks like I will need to make a trip to Summit. Terrible experience.

Clint was great. He accommodated our special requests and the flowers were beautiful. He even honored our date change and responded to my urgent email on a Sunday. I was very happy with my experience.

I ordered flowers for our 35th wedding anniversary. The day after they were delivered, a few of the flowers wilted badly. Disappointed, my wife called and advised what happened. They were very apologetic and wanted to make things right. Within an hour, someone from the florist came to the house with replacement flowers. He even offered a whole new arrangement. In my opinion, the service you get from a local shop is unmatched. That is why I shop local.
