The female owner is rude and sarcastic. I even heard her talk that way to fellow employees. Other staff has always been courteous & professional. Maybe its time for her to retire if she doesn't want to be friendly to customers. Plenty of other places to buy flowers & Xmas trees.

We ordered a corsage for a formal my son was attending. He picked it out from the online selection. The lady on the phone said they didn’t have the exact flowers in stock but would match it as close as possible. They did just that! The corsage turned out beautiful and looked lovely on the young woman’s wrist. Thank you Ramtown Florist!

I used Ramtown florist as my florist for my wedding. I’ve been using them for anything I need flowers for and every single time the flowers and service is perfect. When I met with them I had no idea what flowers to want or even like (I’m not a huge flower person) and there suggestions came out beautiful! They were on time for delivering and nothing about the order was incomplete! I highly recommend them!

I chose this place based on the rave reviews I saw posted. Imagine my disappointment when I saw the shoddy arrangement I had sent to my sister. It literally looked like they went outside and pulled plants from a plot of wildflowers. I make better presentations from my garden. Just to make sure it wasn't me, I posted both pix side by side on my Facebook page. Everyone who commented agreed that it was subpar work and looked very unprofessional. Very embarrassing. Won't make that mistake again.
