Let me just tell you I LOVE you at PJs. This wonderful company saved my Father's Day and made my 80+ Daddy smile because 1800 flowers screwed us again!! I get a call at 11am on Sunday informing me 1800 flowers can not get my daddy's flowers deliy until Tuesday..I was devastated as we live in Florida now and my Daddy is in NJ. After I "lost my mind" with the lady at 1800flowers, I pulled up florists close to my parents address..honestly, it was close to noon, on a Sunday, Father's Day...Most said "CLOSED" on webpage..I was honestly in tears, first florists I saw open was PJs, I called, A sweet, understanding, wonderful young lady answered...between my tears and crazy babbling, this sweetheart took care of me.."No Problem" she tells me.." We don't have all those things you said you ordered at 1809fliwers, but I can make you a besbeauti arrangement of roses and beliebb I have a Father's day balloon if this sounds ok, I can get it there in a couple hours?!?" Are you kidding me?!? I wanted to jump through the phone and kiss this beautiful lady's face!! I wish I could remember her name, I was so upset..she did everything and more..way above customer service..she even text me a picture of the BEAUTIFUL roses and balloon and let me know when they were delivered!! Just saying...people who treat people like this lady from PJs treated me and made my Daddy smile...This is what REAl business is all about!!! I could NEVER thank you enough...and we will be calling YOU NOT 1800 flowers for our parents from now on! God Bless you!!
