Ordered a substantial arrangement fas pictured on website on 4/14. What was delivered was not remotely similar to what was pictured or requested. After calling to notify the seller another replacement was delivered on 4/15 but this was also not as described or as requested and was clearly of less value than I paid for. I assumed this item had the Teleflora guarantee as noted on the website but it did not. No response yet from the seller after the second delivery so my only recourse is to contact my CC company or chalk it up to a bad experience. Never even received an itemized email statement of charges or an attachment of charges. Sad to say but I could not recommend this floral shop to anyone, unfortunately. Very disappointed

Thanks for the incredible prom bouquets for my girls!!! THEY LOVED THEM!!!! Been getting all my flowers from Kathy's for over 25yrs. This has been my family's ONLY place to by flowers from for as long as I can remember! The service is always excellent, the arrangements are always gorgeous and the flowers always last longer than ones we've received from other places. Hands down, Kathy's is the BEST florist shop around!

I received amazing service from them. I was not going to have a bouquet for my wedding and my mother demanded that I get one, I called Kathy's 2 days before my wedding and they did a marvelous job! On the day of my wedding, I was so busy that I forgot to get my flowers before they closed and when I called just to check if they happened to be there..the guy on the phone politely said they were there waiting for me! I couldn't be happier with this place. They are fair priced and they do beautiful work!

To Whom it may concern, This e-mail is in reference to the gorgeous arrangements that were made on 1-20-16, for the funeral of Joe Marsh at the Danks-Hinski Funeral Home....My daughter and I had ordered the Open Heart (for fiance) and also a large spray (T 249-2A) that was done in beautiful fall like colors..I just wanted to let you all know just how absolutely beautiful they were..! I have never seen an arrangement ( that meant so much to us) as gorgeous as those two were..You did an amazingly, gorgeous job and the colors were exactly what we wanted...Thank You again........It meant so much to us. This is the second time I've ordered just a bouquet of flowers and had them put it together with a set budget in mind. Really nice folks on the phone and the flowers looked amazing. A great local place to buy flowers. Disregard bad reviews - those don't sound accurate at all.

I order flowers here for my mother in law for holidays, Easter, Thanksgiving, etc. She is always thrilled with the flowers they deliver. Prices are very reasonable. Staff is always friendly and helpful!
