Never had a problem. Have used Halls for landscaping and hardscaping projects at my house. They were done well and I get many complements on the design. When one of the trees planted by them died it was replaced quickly without me even having to call. Tom noticed it when he was working at a neighbor's. I also frequent the nursery for plants, flower arrangements, wreaths, presents from the gift shop and our Christmas tree each year. Love Halls!

I was in town for a funeral, and had some issues with on-line flowers. Scrambling, I contacted Hall's and was greeted with a compassionate and caring sales person over the phone, who was able to get an amazing arrangement to the ceremony. Customer service was their priority and much appreciated during this stressful time. Thanks!

3 years ago my wife wanted a magnolia tree. Bob found us a beauty, Tommy's guys dug the most enormous hole and planted it in the right mix to see it thrive. Nowadays it's nothing short of magnificent. We've had shrubs "installed" by Hall's and bought many plants which have all done well. Last year I bought 30 yards of mulch from them in instalments. Even at their busiest, they were able to let me know when to expect the truck. Finally, Hall's is a family business with the kind of service and attitude that goes with it. Way better than any chain store.

They did a really beautiful job accomplishing the look and theme we were going for. We called them a couple weeks before a surprise 50th Birthday party hoping for tropical centerpieces. We order from this florist at least twice a year, and they always do such a fantastic job. For the money spent, you always get a sizable arrangement. Highly suggest using them for any flower delivery in the Berkeley Heights area. Top notch!
