Gotham Florist has the most stunning and creative arrangements. I love the designs for the change of seasons and holidays. I received a gorgeous one for my birthday last year, hoping for one this year too!

I made an online order that the wrong date and time was generated. So right after I made the online purchase I immediately called to have the flowers delivered the same day. It was already pretty late in the afternoon...but they were able to accommodate my need for a friends birthday and the arrangement came out beautiful. This is my 2nd time using Gotham Florist and I have yet to be disappointed!

I have used them on a couple of occasions- most recently for a flower arrangement for my mom's funeral. They were so very kind and professional. The flowers were outstanding. More importantly- they actually made arrangements to deliver at a very awkward time. To say they went above and beyond the call of duty would be an understatement. Again, I highly recommend.

I've been eyeing this place since I moved into the Mission 3+ years and have finally found a reason to swing by the other week. It's a super cute shop and the folks working here are friendly as well as helpful. I need a simple thank you bouquet for a friend and the gal was very quick to put together a great hand-wrapped bundle of goodness for me. I walked out there very happy and charged under $20! Yay!

Being a florist in Houston, it’s always a job to find a great florist. Gotham Florist did an amazing job and exceeded my expectations. I sent flowers to my daughter and her boyfriend. It’s their anniversary and they went to NYC to celebrate. She was so surprised and loved them and even said, “mom these are just as pretty as we make”. That says a lot! I love Gotham Florist!!! They just did the floral arrangements for my birthday this weekend! They did such a wonderful job. The eucalyptus smelled so good in the hall/gym! An MBA classmate recommended this florist and I was 100% impressed by the quality and responsiveness. As a surprise, I ordered an arrangement of flowers for an anniversary to be delivered to my girlfriend's office. I specifically asked for something exotic and out-of-the-ordinary because red roses are boring, but also small enough to fit nicely on a desk. We exchanged a few emails to better understand my girlfriend's preferences. I also didn't want to rush the florist, so I gave her about a 2 week advance order so she could work her magic - important because I wanted it to be mindblowingly (yes, this is a word) awesome to impress my girlfriend. Note for gents: if it is for an anniversary, flowers are a must and yes, they will be compared against what every other girl had received. So, yes, your mission is to impress. On the day of, I get an email from the florist informing me it was out for delivery. What was unexpected was that I get a phone call a few minutes later from my lady saying she absolutely adored the flowers and that she had never before received flowers that were so different and impressive. Thank you Gotham Florist for setting the tone for an awesome anniversary. I will definitely be back again.

Gotham Florist, the name itself evokes thoughts of Super Hero’s, and that is exactly what you will find, sincere and humble Hero’s! I contacted the customer service email, explaining I was a soldier stationed overseas trying to live out my own fairy tale with a Wonderful New York Woman but that there was a missing “add-on” from my delivery . Ji immediately responded within minutes of my email and put forth Heroic level of effort to resolve the situation. Not only did she save the day, she went above and beyond explaining the details of the flowers and how to get the absolute most from this stunning display (“Endless Love” arrangement). Priceless commitment to customer service exceeding my expectations and as legendary as its Namesake.
