I have to say Gilded Lily Florist is the best... very happy with the flower arrangement for my friend who passed away... It was the most beautiful arrangement from all the rest that were there!! definitely will be coming back!!

So... I ordered flowers through another florist, in Morristown.. who apparently couldn't deliver to Lebanon. Which that florist never called me to tell me, she just subcontracted out. I get a call today for the delivery, and am super confused because it is a different florist, but the flowers got there so who would really question it, right? HAH, well. I was SO excited for my best friend to get her flowers for her birthday. I called to let her know someone was dropping something off, so that she could be at the door. I get a picture of the arrangement and I am mortified. The flowers are SO much smaller than what I paid for! I paid $102 after taxed and delivery, and my best friend gets an arrangement that I could have scooped up from ShopRite for $19!! I'M EMBARRASSED! I look through my email to make sure that there was nothing that I did wrong on my end before I call the florist. I call the woman at the shop because I am so confused as to why I ordered from one place and it was delivered from another. She explains that the original shop subcontracted out to her, and that the amount that she has to work with is $70 and she has a $10 delivery charge. I told her no, I paid for an $87 arrangement, so I am confused as to why she put together and delivered a $60 arrangement. I called the original florist who told me that she had a fee of her own before sending to this florist because she doesn't deliver out there, and then this florist has their own fees. Let me start off by saying, that's fine. Everyone has a fee. I get that, and I am okay with that. What I am not okay with, is paying for a large bouquet of flowers and being cheated money for these people to pocket. Had I received a phone call explaining the 'fees' I would have GLADLY paid the extra $10 to ensure that ALL of the flowers I paid for, were in my arrangement! I feel so cheated out of my money for these flowers! I really truly wanted to send a LARGE and gorgeous bouquet of flowers out to my best friend for her birthday because she deserved it. I was on a time crunch, otherwise I would have ordered from a national company who does farm to table flowers. Because then, I would have gotten EVERY last flower petal and leaf that I PAID FOR. So what I paid for, was for two florists to not know how to use their phone and properly communicate with customers for the sake of them making an extra $10. And you wonder why people would use a national company over yours. It's not about the money.. had I received a phone call.. I would have paid the extra money to get the flowers my friend deserved. Shame on you guys, I mean really.

We have used the Gilded Lily for several occasions. The two most recent being our wedding and mothers viewing. Chris, the owner, was professional and helpful with his suggestions. He had some great ideas for both occasions that made each one more intimate and tailored to our family. We received many compliments on the arrangements and they added to the atmosphere for each event. We were confident that everything would be perfect and each time it was perfect! We definitely would recommend using the Gilded Lily.

Always beautiful arrangements and they've accommodated with next day delivery. I have cats and they work with me to avoid any plants toxic or ones that are an attractive nuisance to them like whispy ferns that flow like feathers (lol).

Gilded Lily provided flowers for my September 2015 wedding which were spectacular! Chris was the utmost gentlemen and helped find the flowers I was looking for (peach David Austin garden roses and Succulents). My bridal bouquet was exquisite and Chris made a cake topper to match the bouquet which was beautiful. He arranged non-traditional wrist corsages and boutonnieres (at my request as I did not want the conventional wedding flower arrangements) to match the bridal bouquet and also provided (2) fireside baskets for the wedding ceremony which were used at the alter. Gilded Lily delivered everything to the venue the day of the wedding and I was able to see all the arrangements completed the day before the event. Chris was easy to work with and has a laid back approach. I recommend Gilded Lily for any occasion as the arrangements are fantastic!

Chris Ondrak who is the owner of Gilded Lily was so wonderful to work with for my wedding. He spent so much time with me going over how I wanted everything to look on my wedding day, and anytime I asked his opinion on other things he was more than happy to give me some advice. Not only did he supply flowers and centerpieces for the hall, cocktail tables and sweetheart table, he also helped decorate our pipe and drape which we got married under. He went over every little detail with me, and he was always available to me when I needed his help. Chris thank you so much for everything, you are the best!

Worst most embarrassing experience I have ever had. I ordered flower's for my father in law's memorial service to be delivered. When we arrived for the service none of the flowers from his mother and children were delivered. We were mortified. Thankfully there were plenty of flowers delivered from other florist that were bought by others. Not only did they not deliver they did not refund me the money they stated they would. I had to call again and insist they refund. They stated they never charged me when in fact they did! I choose them to give back to a local business but it turned out to be my worst decision. I will never use them nor recommend them again.

I really like Gilded Lily Florist. They're much more than just a flower shop with a great location. There's always a very broad selection, and the quality of the flowers has always been top-notch for me. I think the staff are some of the nicest people around - they are always kind and attentive.

I was very pleasantly surprised by the roses I received last Friday! It was absolutely gorgeous and I loved it. My"mystery friend" that sent me the flowers told me that the owner was very friendly and the service was incredibly fast.

I ordered bouquets, boutonnieres, and church flowers for my wedding from Gilded Lily, and they turned out absolutely beautiful! I came into the process with some inspiration pictures, but not having a clear idea in my head. I met with Chris several times, and he was wonderful in helping me to develop a vision. He was also kind enough to order samples of various flowers for me to look at, so I could see them all together before making a final decision. On top of the excellent service, the prices are extremely affordable for the area. I would highly recommend.
