Dear Mr. Alberto, Thank you so much for the AMAZING, beautiful flowers. I was so surprised to see the beautiful centerpieces done for the bridal table and was in " awe." The centerpieces done for the guest's tables were wonderful too and because you were so generous with the centerpieces for the bridal table, we had the other floral centerpieces placed on other areas of the venue, which made it just that much nicer. The ladies bouquets were very beautiful and the bouboutonnierrs for the men were also very nice. The color pallet and arrangements of flowers couldn't have been done any better, especially for a spring, " Under the Sea" wedding. My family has been coming to you for well over 25 years, because of how beautifully your arrangements have always been. Thank you for working with me, especially within my budget. Your talents & expertise is greatly appreciated.

I have used Encore for years and was always satisfied with the service, the product and the price but I don't know if it has changed owners or what because today I stopped in to order a wrist corsage and the "gentleman " that was there was in no way eager to assist. Barely greeted me when I came in .. seemed annoyed at the mere thought of a corsage..just said "$35".. offered absolutely no variety or even an idea of what they could offer and when I asked he got more annoyed and simply said, "It takes a lot of time and work and we're not even making any more corsages" and gave a little smirk as I turned to walk out the door. The shop itself is dark, dirty and disorganized and has very little displayed and what they do have out just looks messy! I'm very disappointed in Encore but they ended up doing me a favor because I found a beautiful little florist in Hightstown and Encore has now lost any of my future business.

This florist was absolutely horrible. I order flowers through 800-Flowers and they delivered the flowers two weeks prior to the event took place. I was told by 800-Flowers that this florist will re-deliver the flowers and then told me, they will not re-deliver the flowers. This florist has the WORST business practice and doesn't stand up to any type of INTEGRITY whatsoever. Stay away from this place.

Encore Florist did a great job with our flower arrangements for our wedding on August 31st, 2019. The owner is very flexible with meeting; he even would meet us after hours to go over details. My bridal bouquet was gorgeous and so were my bridesmaids bouqets. All of the flowers were beautiful.

Wow. I just have to thank Mr. Alberto. I called from Gainesville, fl on a sunday when Encore was closed and well after the cutoff for same-day delivery in a last ditch effort to have flowers waiting in my wife's hotel room when she arrived for her first business trip. Though he was closed along with six other flourist in the Hamilton, NJ, area, Alberto decided to answer the phone. He listened and related to my story on a personal level and agreed to deliver my flowers himself while on a personal errand. For this i will always be grateful. I recommend Encore to anyone, for not only this willingness to go the extra mile, but for the personal investment in a customers own story that i experienced. Thank you so much for making this happen for me and i hope your business thrives for many many years. And as a side note ladies, your guy appreciates suprize flowers just as much as you do ; )

I recently got married and decided that I wanted a real bouquet instead of the plastic one I ordered so I went to Encore because in the past my now husband ordered my flowers from them so I thought they were honest. Wrong I was dead wrong. Upon entering the flower shop I was greeted by the brother of the owner who asked me how much I wanted to pay we agreed on $35. But once they realized it was for a wedding it jumped to $65 as per the owner. I understand that when people hear wedding they price gauge so I agreed to that. However when my bridesmaid went to go pick up my bouquet on the day of my wedding she ended up pay $93.00. I was totally caught off guard by this and called the shop immediately and the lies that I received prompted me to write this review to help other brides not make the same mistake with this florist. The person I spoke with on the phone first tried to convince me that the $35 quote was for a smaller flower arrangement, and then I was told I met with someone they had just hired 3 days ago and they quoted me wrong. I wondered what would have happened if I didn't have the money to pay for the bouquet and had just budgeted for the original quoted price. From 65 - 93 is a big jump wouldn't you say. I guess I would have just been without a bouquet on my big day. So please please don't use them for your important day mine almost was a ruined.
