it was a rather strange encounter. whenever I called, I often got the voice mail. When I did finally get someone on the phone, it seemed normal. I paid in advance (very strange and I probably won't do that again). On the day of pickup nobody answered the phone again. I went to the location and the gate was locked. I called again no answer. I decided to walk around to the other side of the block and luckily, that gate was open. I went into the store, which was run down but ok, no biggie. There were two people there. One elderly asian man sitting at the counter reading and another elderly asian woman who was definitely the person I spoke to on the phone. She grabbed the corsage and handed it to me. Didn't really open the container for me to see it I had to ask. She was basically saying here you go and was walking away or shoo-ing me out of the store. No customer service etiquette at all. It was clear she didn't care about my business or if I was happy with the product. It did turn out fine but I'm giving them 2 stars for the overall experience. I would never recommend anyone. Customer service is everything and why didn't they answer the phone or unlock the gates considering that I had spoken to the lady the previous day and told her I would be there at 10 a.m. the following morning. very strange.
