5+ STARS. I received a voice mail from County Seat that recipient was not home and that they delivered the bouquet to a neighbor. County Seat Florist went over and above leaving a note to the recipient that bouquet was delivered to her neighbor! WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Recipient said the arrangement was beautiful! Thank you!

The owner of this establishment is absolutely rude. I visited this shop a few years back to inquire about flowers for my wedding and felt that i had bothered the woman with my inquiries. She threw a few books at me and walked away and the albums looked to be at least 10 years old. I decided to go with another florist but a few years later, as I live close by and try to do business with locally owned establishments, I gave it another try to get flowers for my mom. There was a younger woman working and she was delightful and made a beautiful bouquet. Recently my grandmother passed away and I went back again to find the owner there. She was again so rude. Never offering condolences and complaining that I wasn't giving her enough notice for the arrangement. Then she argued with me when i asked for the flowers to be changed from red to white stating that thats not how it is typically done but my grandmother did not like red roses. I finally left and it will definitely be my last visit to this florist. I dont think anyone really plans their death so i was really taken back when she complained about the amount of time i was asking for the arrangement. I hope she thinks twice about the way she would wanted to be treated when interacting with her customers.

I would like to thank John for the beautiful flower arrangements he created for our daughter's ceremony. They were perfect, and complimented the decorations that were already in St. Nicholas Church. County Seat Florist has always been there for me when I have needed special flower arrangements for concerts or family celebrations. I am a satisfied customer for over 30 years!

5 stars is NOT enough of a compliment for John or County Seat Florist! Their flowers and products are AMAZING quality, prices are affordable, and the customer service is top notch. My husband and I met with John for our bouquets, boutonnières, corsages and loose florals for our wedding. John was the sweetest, most accommodating man and spent ample time with us, providing actual examples of the types of florals and greenery he could use and helping to create exactly what we envisioned. The day before our wedding, I was so touched because John gave me a call directly to ask if I was doing okay, if I was excited, and to let me know that he was available all day on the day of our wedding if we needed anything at all. Day of, we were BLOWN AWAY by the end products John provided. My bouquet was a dream and all of the other floral pieces were absolutely perfect. John provided vases for all of the bouquets so that they would remain healthy until time for photos. Again I wish I could give far more stars because County Seat Florist was a hidden gem and I am so glad we went with them!
