I have been ordering flowers from Christy's Florist for 30 years. When it came time for my son to get married we went there confident that the flowers would be beautifully designed and fresh. We were not disappointed, the owner Donna takes a special pride in ordering quality flowers that out last competitors in the area. The designers, Mario and Isabel bring expertise and an experienced eye to their designs. All the flowers from the bridal bouquet, to the gorgeous winter themed center pieces were exquisite. They went out of their way to accommodate our requests for different size pine cones, various evergreens and green berries. Do your research, bring photos of what you have in mind and be prepared to discuss specifically what you want. You will be thrilled with the result.

Not worth n not good flowers shop.! Their flowers is not good n worth.! They r not well professional. Zero star.! Their flowers quality r super cheap..! The owner has big attitude. They don’t have good collection of flowers.! They gave only one rose n rest was cheap n unwanted tree brunches.! I can go to anywhere on the street n go to any tree on the street n make myself. Why the hell I pay sooo expensive for garbage flowers.!

I went to Christy’s florist to buy funeral flowers for my mothers memorial. This was the second floral store I went to and the gentleman who assisted me was very accommodating and worked with my budget. The arrangements were beautiful and he went above and beyond for the price I paid. This was an emotional occasion and The previous floral store couldn’t even tell me what exact flowers she would use and didn’t seem like she cared. I would recommend christys floral 100% and would definitely use them in the future.

Dreadful experience online trying to order from this business's website. Wasted more time having to undo the mess with my cookies settings. Please fix your website, Christy's Florist. Blackbelt feedback receiving skills response to my complaints and right away. I'm impressed with that. Clearly, this is a business owner who cares about customer feedback and knows how to take it well.

Owner changed since August 2015 and Two thumbs up !!!! Always fresh , beautiful , not boring , very stylish bouquets for every occasion . Delivered on time. Very nice and helpful customer service. Buying from them it was the best idea ever !!! I will always order my flowers there !!!

I had ordered flowers to be delivered on the 16th for my aunts birthday. I paid close to $100. The place called me at 2 saying they couldn't reach them To be delivered. I said they had been home wrapping gifts as I just spoke to her. I didn't receive a call after that so I assumed they were delivered on her birthday. No, they were delivered the next day. No call or anything letting me know they were delivered late or anything. Completely disappointed. Will never order from here again. Terrible customer service. A call would have been nice so I could have swung by to grab them to deliver them for her actual birthday.

The practice I work for, Old Bridge Dental (next to the Post Office), has used this florist multiple times for team members who have needed a cheerful reminder of just how much they're appreciated. Mario has helped us every single time and is so personable. In fact, when I lost my Grandmother in October I was trying to find a florist and he offered to personally deliver an arrangement out of his delivery range on his day off. I will never forget that. When a coworker was in a bad car accident Mario asked for our price range and put together a personalized & gorgeous bouquet for her. Flowers started dying right away and a couple broke off at the tips before i was able to give them away. Was also too expensive for what i was given (one rose and flowers that looked like carnations and a sunflower) but i was in a pinch and needed the flowers ASAP. I was very surprised because the reviews were so great.

I recently ordered a flower arrangement from Christy's. I did not get what I ordered and paid for. The order was missing the vase and the flowers were wilted and since have barely bloomed. Overall, the styling of the flowers looked as if some leftovers were shoved together. When I called the store and asked what happened to the vase, I was told they would investigate it. Well, its been over a week now, and not only have I not received an answer about what happened to the vase, but the owner / manager is avoiding my calls and inquiries. And, whomever answers the phone is extremely rude. I used Christy's for many years, but not any more. Plus, I will report them to the BBB. I did not receive my merchandise as ordered and they did nothing to remedy the situation in a timely manner. You're better off getting some flowers in the supermarket. At least there, you see what your paying for.

To everyone please don’t got to buy flowers at Christy flowers at east Brunswick, This place was ripp off. Their flowers r not at all fresh n it’s dry n rotten, I went 2 weeks before to this store n asked for $40 flower bouquet. The owner made super worst, horrible n cheap flower bouquet.! It wasn’t worth for $40 it was only worth $15 that horrible person made super less flower n the flowers quality was not good, it was super cheap flowers. Not professional.! They don’t know to make bouquets. It was very ugly made. Not at all happy n not worth it. I promise I will never ever go back. Garbage flowers collection.
