DO NOT ORDER FLOWERS FOR SOMEONE FROM THIS PLACE... I sent a Get Well bouquet to a friend after hip surgery (which the florist was aware of). I do not live in NJ so I got the name of this business from Google and the reviews seemed positive. When I called, I asked for a low, mushroom cap bouquet in a vase. I was told they had one that was a combination of hydrangeas, roses and lilies. I responded, great, sounds lovely.... My friend sent a text thanking us for the flowers and happened to include a picture. I couldn't believe my eyes....it was a HOLIDAY bouquet with mostly greens, a couple of roses that were fully opened, carnations, alstromeria and other filler flowers. There may have been one lily, but it wasn't in view in the photo. I was completely misled. It was nothing like they described on the phone and certainly not worth the money I paid for it. I called the shop back and they told me there was nothing they could do so they would go pick them up if my friend didn't like the arrangement. To which I said, well that's even more embarrassing, please don't do that. THEY CALLED HER AND TOLD HER THEY WERE COMING TO PICK THEM UP!!!!!!! I was mortified. I am the customer, not her... They actually went to pick the arrangement back up even after I told them not to. Then they refused to pick up the phone when I called. They did credit my money back, but I am embarrassed that my friend who just had hip surgery and can't move, was told to give back the delivery!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, TERRIBLE ARRANGEMENTS, NEVER USE THIS BUSINESS!!!

I called Caldwell’s Floral Elegance from my deployed location in the Middle East to place an order for my Wife’s Birthday. I had visited their website but after speaking with the florist on the phone, I was informed those were generic arrangement put together by the website. They were able to take my order and make a unique arrangement specific to my request. It was a bit on the high side but she did offer a discount for delivery. The delivery address was outside of Caldwell which incurs a delivery charge when not being delivered within the borders of Caldwell. She was a bit hesitant to take my order at first and was offering to give me another location closer to my home but I explained to her that I was deployed and I had visited their store on previous occasions and enjoyed their selection compared to the other local flower shops. She took my order and and recorded my personal note. My wife was very happy with her flowers and the arrangements looked fresh, bountiful and lively. Thanks.

Flowers were great, but instead of calling me with questions, they decided to call my wife to make sure she was still in the office before they delivered them. Totally destroyed the surprise. You cant fix stupid.

They are a few doors off Bloomfield Avenue, the service was exceptional, I called that morning and asked to have them earlier so I could pick them up between appointments, as I drove on Bloomfield Avenue as I went through Caldwell. This place is amazing! I get all my flowers here now! I’ve been a loyal customer for the last 7 months and even though I’ve moved and am further away I will still make the track out!!
