If I could I would rate this company. 0 They delivered flowers that were for my daughter to the wrong address ( which the people accepted, how wonderful are they!) then later after calling 1 800 flowers where the order was placed, Brick market delivered an arrangement that was 2 sizes below what it was supposed to represent, some of the flowers were broken and it didn't come with the balloon that was supposed to with it. After again calling 1 800 flowers we were assured the my daughter would get her flowers correctly and balloon the next day. She waited excited again only to be once again disappointed, NO FLOWERS came at all. The really sad part is that these flowers were sent by her boyfriend that is a Marine and is serving overseas, he went to all this to make her birthday nice and tell her he loves her. That's how we treat the people who protect us. SHAME ON YOU Brick flower market!

Over priced and very unhappy with the results!!!! RIP OFF!!!!! Certainly did not get what I paid for; please shop around before you give Ralph a deposit!!! He talks very sweet and kind but does not deliver. I was shown things on the website and gave him pictures of exactly what I wanted and on the day of my wedding I so disatified. I paid for two people at 75.00 an hour for labor he came alone and still charged me for a second person. He told me he would use a certain type of vase for my center pieces and insert a red rose inside, instead he stuffed the vases with clear celophane paper...it looked so tacky!!! The decorated arch looked absolutely nothing as the picture we discussed in meetings.When I called him out on it the only reply he could give was "Well I thought it looked nice" that would have been awesome except your are not the BRIDE!!!!!!!

My daughter NEVER received her wedding video that was paid for in the package that they sold me. They refuse to even talk to me or my daughter. Anytime that I called, I was promised return phone calls that I never received. Still waiting to hear from them. It's been over 6 months since the wedding!

This is my favorite flower shop of all time. i order my mom mother day flower and they were stunning. yes they came late but as crazy as the flowers shop gets i did wait last minute to place my order! and to the comment below if you live less then one mile away why would you use 1800 flowers instead of going to the shop and picking out the flowers yourself which then you would of knew you wifes mothers day wouldn't get ruined.

This is a wonderful family owned and operated flower shop. Everyone is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Also they do great work! Nancy, one of the owners did my wedding flowers which were truly beautiful. I had a unique Jungle theme that I wanted for my flowers. Nancy listened to what I had to say and came up with such beautiful and creative ideas. She outdid herself. My bouquet was gorgeous and my centerpieces stunning! They took care of my every need and really have a flair for attention to detail. In addition, they were a one stop shopping experience. I, like most people ,was very busy so it was helpful that they had additional vendors for me to contact regarding other aspects of my wedding. I ordered my tuxes and hired the most amazing photographer Andre!!! Everything was perfect!!! My jungle theme was perfect! I would recommend them for all your flower needs. In addition to their florist they have a charming butterfly sanctuary on their property which during the spring and summer is full of butterflies and very serene. Definitely something to check out!

I'd give them zero stars if I could. I asked for a loose bouquet. They gave me one that had sunflowers end the woman said they would open. Well, they we're dead, so they didn't open. The rest of the flowers were dead within a couple of days. Don't bother with this place, you're better off with grocery store flowers.

Had to order flowers last min for my mothers bf's viewing. They were very easy to work with and the end product was flawless! I had stopped at two other places that just gave me the run around! Would recommend their services to anyone! Thanks again!!

I was delivered flowers on Saturday for Mothers day, I wish I had looked at them better when I accepted because I never would have accepted them, for starters the vase they were in was dripping wet, I hurried and set it down before I dropped it, only to notice the dirty brown water in the vase, brown tipped red roses, a rotten deformed lily, wimpy already wilted flowers. Nothing good to say at all about my mothers day flowers. When I called Brick Flower market on mothers day to let them know, they didn't care because they were to busy it was mothers day..UGH Brick Flower Market.....NEVER AGAIN They deserve no stars. Ok so Brick Flower Market did bring me another vase of flowers the monday after mothers day, they are nothing special, but they did come back...Bottom line they never should have sent out nearly dead flowers to begin with!!!!!

Thank you so much for making our flowers so beautiful for our wedding day. Everything that was done for us was impecable and just what we had requested. The ceremony arch was lovely and perfect for the outdoor setting. My bouquet and my bridesmaid bouquets were perfect and I loved the flower choices. The centerpieces were gorgeous, I loved it all! Ok let me start off with saying that my order was for mother's day, which happens to be my wife's first mothers day......With that said, I come home the day before to find a note on my door from this florist saying that they were there and to call them. So I called them and got a young lady on the phone who told me " sorry sir but we cant return there till Monday to deliver your flowers". I tried to explain that they are for mothers day and Monday is the day after. She proceeded to tell me "well thats just the way it is and if I dont like it there is nothing she can do". So I called 1-800-flowers where I actually placed an order for these with. The customer service agent reached out to these guys and they told here the same thing. Even the customer service agent said the laid was very rude to her. So a little more information to put into respect how ridiculous this whole thing was...... the florist is actually less then a mile down the street from my home. I thought florists were in the business of making their customers happy and in the service industry....not this place! On the same order I also had a second arrangement for my mother which was delivered but was horrible. Needless to say I got all my money back for both orders from 1-800-flowers but these people shouldn't be in business, they ruined my wife's mother day and did nothing to try to solve the situation......just told me too bad it is just the way it is. I will go to great lengths on social media to make people aware of this place so that they never go through what I did. This place is a huge fail and I wouldnt even give it 1 star.

Owner hand delivered last minute, day of, flower arrangements for a wake. Amazing service and works within any budget. I would absolutely recommend this business.

I ordered a $85.00 dollar arrangement for my sister what I received was a $10.00 arrangement. It's a shame I can't post a picture for everyone to see what a joke the flowers were. BUY BE AWARE
