I sent my mother flowers from this shop. They were BEAUTIFUL! They looked just as fresh a week after they arrived as they did the day they were delivered. I highly recommend this florist!

I ordered the picture on the left except all roses and larger. The picture on the right is what was delivered for $70 excluding delivery charge. I have never posted a negative review of an establishment but am not hesitating about this one. I ordered an ALL rose bouquet to be delivered to a family member in hospice care at a nearby hospital. The arrangement delivered had two roses in it. I ordered the “How Sweet It Is” flowers pictured on their website, but asked for all roses (color didn’t matter) and stated I would pay more than $44.95. After receiving a picture of it from a relative at the hospital, I called the florist and was told a manager would call me back, I also sent an email stating I didn’t want a refund but asked that they deliver the arrangement I ordered. I didn’t receive a reply until the next day. My family member had already passed away so I asked for a refund. I was told “If you would like a refund, please return the delivered flowers to the flower shop.” Then I was told they went to the hospital to try to retrieve them because “we would be able to use those flowers for other arrangements, or resell them as they were”. I found the integrity, communication, customer service absolutely atrocious. I would not recommend this florist.

I cannot even begin to tell you about this flower shop!!! I can honestly say that not one person in attendance did not comment on the incredibly AWESOME job this shop did on my daughter's wedding flowers!!! My daughter knew what she wanted and Joe delivered!!! He was so patient with us and had countless meetings with us and made up several examples until he hit the one! The flowers for this wedding were SO BEAUTIFUL!!! Joe was so great to work with and accommodating to our every need. I don't live in the area so there was a lot of back and forth.....but let me tell you....every mile traveled was worth it.....hats off to Joe and Atlantic City Florist....they are simply the BEST!!! I only wish you could see a picture of what Joe and his staff did for our daughter's wedding.... .seeing is believing.....and believe me it was like nothing I've ever seen!!!! Thank you, thank you, thank you, Joe and AC Florist!!!! You are fabulous!!!!

I placed an order and then called and left specific instructions that the arrangement needed to be PURPLE. The arrangement was yellow, pink and lavender. I was being kind when I said they could could use whatever flower they wanted but, it needed to be purple. I am not satisfied but that is okay. I will never order from them again. Just wanted to let everyone know that it cost me my money and I wanted it a certain way for a special occasion and did not get that service. Very unprofessional. I was told it would be the same or better than the arrangement I picked online and I did not get that either. left photo purple and white is what was ordered and the right is what person received!
