my first experience with new management Joanna...fantastic. incredibly nice, willing to listen to ideas and very creative in offering ideas. ordered really cool rose family flower called ranunculus. Joanna went out of her way to get it for me as I wanted something special for my 25 year anniversary. beautiful delicate boutenires/coursage and centerpiece just as stunning. super happy... highly recommend this floral shop. brand new owners as of September 2018...give them a chance they will not disappoint in quality or in client experience.

I live in Queens, NY and purchased flowers for my mother's birthday. She lives in the South Amboy , NJ area and I ordered flowers from Always & Forever Flowers a day before and the flowers were delivered the next morning. She absolutely loved them and went on for several minutes describing the colors, the variety, the presentation, etc. She said "I hope they never die!" Thank you for your quick, reliable and courteous service (I had to call because I made a mistake during the ordering process.) Highly recommend for high quality, fresh and LOCAL flowers from the Old Bridge Area. Thank you for a quality product, efficient shipping and a beautiful arrangement of lovely flowers!

Sent a Christmas Bouquet to my boyfriends parents and right after I ordered them online they called and asked if they could charge me more than what I already paid for them online which I thought was incredibly unprofessional but they also delivered the flowers to the wrong house and the neighbors had to call them to let them know they received their flowers. On top of that in their note they spelled my name "Alyssa." Horrible experience all in all. Would strongly discourage anyone ordering flowers from here.

I ordered flowers to be delivered yesterday 16th May and they haven't been delivered! Not even a courtesy email to say why, not impressed. I always used to use this florist but certainly won't be using again. The flowers have been delivered a day late and look NOTHING like what i ordered

Flowers were delivered on the day requested. In fact, they attempted to deliver the flowers three times that day before someone was finally at home to accept them. They kept me posted on each delivery attempt. I'm a professional in the hospitality industry and I have to say, this was outstanding service provided.

I ordeted table centerpieces and a bridal bouquet. They did an amazing job. All flowers were fresh and the arrangement was absolutely gorgeous. The bridal bouquet was all roses, and he mixed the colors, it was absolutely beautiful. He did a similar version, just smaller for the maid of honor. The table centerpieces were spectacular. All the flowers look as good today (one week later) as they did at my wedding. When I arrived at the store I was unsure of what I wanted. Anuj spent time with me going over different arrangements and pricing. Everything he promised was exactly what I received. He delivered the flowers himself- right on time. I would highly recommend this florist and will definitely use him again.

FIRST and LAST time I'll give them my business. My boyfriend searched for a florist who would order Peonies for me for Valentine's Day and this florist agreed. The only problem is apparently Peonies are NOT in season and that's why other florists denied his request. How would we know that though we're only the customer? So Always and Forever ordered them for a hefty fee of $100. When my boyfriend went to pick them up the owner wanted $50 more because the vendor sent 5 more than ordered. My boyfriend refused because that's not what he asked for. I called and asked how to take care of them and did EXACTLY what they said. Not ONE peony opened up. Not one. They wilted, got brown, and 5 never even opened. I went back to the florist a week later and brought the flowers with me to show them the result. The employee was VERY sweet and said she'd do everything to help and would talk to the owner. A week later I didn't get a call back so I called them and she said the owner was NOT willing to do anything except a measly 10% off our next purchase (which was never coming) I didn't even want my money back. Just a simple phone call apologizing, maybe store credit or another bouquet that was already in store. I was more than nice in this situation especially since my boyfriend spent $100. I let the woman know that they lost our business and that I'd be telling my family, friends, and writing negative reviews. The owner handled this situation SO WRONG. He's a new owner that has no knowledge of flowers and I hope this teaches him a huge lesson. Unfortunately we had to suffer. I wouldn't suggest this florist to anyone.

Very pleased. Ordered a beautiful bouquet and choc Oreos for my mom for Mother's Day to be delivered. They were nice enough to call me right away to tell me they didn't have Oreos but could make a beautiful fruit basket for the same price i was very please with the service and they even delivered everything at a specific time for me. Only thing i will say the website is very misleading and should be worked on. Otherwise wonderful experience.

Horrible place, stay away. I used to go to my favorite place Old Bridge Florist but because of a fire I was forced to go to "that" place. I always get flowers for my wife and one cute flower for my little daughter. So when I walked in I asked for one little spring flower and I didn't even finish my order , I guess the big wig boss behind the counter says minimum is $25. I stood there for 10 seconds with amazement because I didn't even finish my order and he cut me off. I said ok and I walked out wishing him a great day!! So finally I was really forced to go there again because it's the only place near my house and I really needed flowers. I ordered a dozen red roses, I'm no flower expert but they literally lasted 3 days. Horrible place do yourselves a favor and stay clear. I hope the other place comes back soon!! Hope this helps.

You get more flowers and a bigger arrangement for the same price in comparison to the other florist shops in the area. Would highly recommend it if you are looking for the best value for your buck.
