I ordered a dozen roses twice and both times the flowers were fresh and beautiful. Also the florists are friendly and efficient.

This was my first experience with this shop, and considering I know a lady that I didn't realize worked there, I am disappointed. I called in and told the lady that answered that I wanted just a half dozen roses, nothing crazy, maybe some babies breath.. Give me an idea how much... Never answered, took my info and ended the call. Knowing what roses were going for in the area by the dozen (with a vase) I didn't expect it would be much at all. So I got there to pickup and there were my six decent looking roses, little bit of babies breath and no vase (didn't want one).. They banged me for $32.00. I was immediately taken by surprise and if it weren't for knowing the other lady I would have just left and went and got a full dozen in a vase with a fuller nicer display for less. Cant even imagine what they get for a dozen with a vase and nice accents.. Very disappointed, won't go back..

I placed an order for a funeral via their website. I asked if substitutions were needed to please call. I received a phone call immediately. They stated that they had most of the pictured plants, and wasn’t sure if they would receive the others before my arrangement was needed. I asked if I could receive a text of the completed basket, and they did! It was perfect! I always worry ordering arrangements when I know I won’t be around to actually see them, and Added Touch settled my worries. Excellent arrangement, excellent customer service!

Thrilled with the great friendly service of Added Touch. Consistently fabulous fresh flowers! AAAAA+++++ We are loyal customers. Their arrangements make my elderly Mom so happy, especially important since Dad passed. Today Maureen went well above and beyond, the evening before Easter, to make sure that Mom received a beautiful arrangement in time for the Holiday. (Teleflora had messed up my initial order big time over the past two days, and then said they couldn't deliver until next week.) I really needed help from Added Touch, which they generously gave. Maureen at Added Touch saved the day with a gorgeous bouquet that my Mom loves. Maureen even delivered it herself to make sure Mom would have it!! I've been going to them for almost 15 years anytime I need flowers. Everyone there are always so nice and helpful. All their flowers are fresh and last MUCH longer than I've seen from anywhere else. Recently we used them for my wedding and dealt with Laura. She absolutely went above and beyond anything I could have ever hoped for, both with how beautiful all the arrangements came out and with how helpful she was getting everything setup exactly how my wife wanted it-and she was VEY picky lol :) She even did some decorating at the church and reception and everything was just so much better than I could have ever imagined. On top of all that their prices were SO much cheaper than anywhere else that we priced out. I could not possibly recommend this shop more!

Came in a couple of weeks ago because I decided to pick up something last minute for a graduation event. I gave the staff my price range, preferred colors, and stressed that I needed something fast and that will turn heads. They quickly put an arrangement together and had me on my way. I had the best experience with Added Touch Florist! I first met Laura at a Bridal Show and chose her to help me with the floral arrangements for my July wedding. She provided all the flowers for my wedding including for the centerpieces and wedding cake. Laura was thorough, kind, helpful and talented. She provided advice when I was stumped and was able to create exquisite samples flawlessly. I had a pretty clear image of what I wanted for my wedding and Laura was able to create exactly what I wanted and thensome! The flowers were vibrant and beautiful, lasting a pretty good amount of time considering the heat. I will gladly return to Added Touch for future flower purchases! I highly recommend her for any event! She will not disappoint! Five stars across the board!

Added Touch is amazing. They have always created beautiful arrangements for me. I used them a few years ago for my wedding and the planning process was a breeze and the final bouquets and centerpieces were perfect!
