Poor delivery service and rude over the phone. To be fair not a bad arrangement but April is a real pain to deal with from a delivery perspective. Rude and lied about delivering.

Amazing they left a sticker and no flowers, you would think they would call before trying to deliver to confirm a time, that is why you give them a phone number. They may be ok for picking up, but the delivery service is beyond comical. To be fair this was ordered through Telaflora which was a HUGE mistake. In the future I will call direct and update my review accordingly.

My birthday was truly brightened by the two yes, two, magnificent floral arrangements from this unknown to me yet florist in West Orange. They were sent from two different corners of the world and were a total surprise. They made my day in an especially trying time. Flowers have a way of doing that! I can say, without a doubt, they were the most beautiful arrangements I have ever seen. I have tended to them and 10 days later still enjoying some of them!
