Beautiful flowers and a great gift shop packed with interesting, charming, meaningful items. The owner is so friendly and down to earth, he makes you feel so welcome when you walk in. The flowers are beautiful, fresh, and professionally done. Everything about this flower shop is impressive and prices are beyond reasonable for superior quality arrangements.

David was so nice and so funny and he put together a gorgeous spring arrangement for my mom. She absolutely loves them! After feeling awful all morning they really made her day and reminded her in the 27 degree weather that spring is just around the corner!

I called the morning of a wake at 11 am because the flowers I originally ordered I called and found out they didn't process my order correctly and there were NO flowers being delivered and these were for the casket. I was extremely upset and stressed. I called Rimmon Heights and the gentleman that answered was SOOOO NICE!!! I told him what i needed, and he went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and the flowers would delivered to the funeral home before 4pm when the service started. Needless to say when i got there at 4pm, the flowers were delivered and set up, and OMG they were so beautiful. Exceeded my expectation x10!! When a business goes above and beyond for me, they have earned a customer for life. I will use them anytime in the future I need flowers!!! Amanda C

I was very disappointed in flowers that arrived for a resident at my facility and the response from the both the owner and the staff when a call was placed to complain. She was celebrating her 80th birthday and her sister from out of state couldn't be with her. She had called this florist to arrange for a special delivery on her birthday. When the flowers arrived, the petals were falling off their stems, some of the accent flowers were brown and dying. One of the more prominent flowers was a white lily. All the edges were brown and wilting. When a staff member called to advocate for our resident not only was the man EXTREMELY RUDE, but he then abruptly hung up on her. They refused to delivery a replacement, but offered to pick up the bouquet and credit the family. The family was very saddened that they were unable to give their loved one flowers for her special birthday. Fortunately, staff provided the resident with a special bouquet and she was unaware of the situation that had unfolded. Unbelievably POOR SERVICE.

Once again these guys made it happen. They did our wedding back in August and everything came out perfect, they even delivered and put it all together for us. Now on my mother-in-laws birthday they took care of us again with super short notice. Definitely would recommend this place for anyone looking for a small random arrangement or a complete wedding order. Best in town by far.

This little shop makes the most beautiful mixed flower arrangement for short money. I stop in here for all of my flower worthy occasions... Mothers Day, birthdays, dance recitals....The man who has always helped me is super friendly, funny and personable. He always has wonderful stories to share and seems to really love what he does!

Rimmon Heights Florist is a great little flower shop with quirky, cute, meaningful and traditional gifts. Oh, and lets not forget about the flowers! Some of the most beautiful and affordable flower arrangements I've ever received or bought. They have a knack for creating unbelievable arrangements for a fraction of the cost of most other florists in town. Friendly and professional service just adds to the charm of this shop. Your next arrangement/delivery has to come from here!

I bought my girlfriend flowers from this florist on Mother’s Day. Unfortunately they only lasted a couple of days. My girlfriend called back to let the owner know. She wasn’t expecting anything she loved the flowers but she’s the type that would take anything homemade all day everyday over anything purchased. Needless to say she state how apologetic he was and asked if she could come down. In the process of getting our 4 kids ready one started vomiting so I went there yesterday 5/21/2018 and he gave me a vase full of her favorite flowers. The arrangement is gorgeous! You couldn’t get anymore flower in this vase if you tried. What I spent and what he gave us is A HUGE difference. Like I told her he was extremely nice and extremely professional. She was so happy when she saw the flowers it brought tears to her eyes. He went UP AND BEYOND!!!! We weren’t expecting anything whatsoever, personally I didn’t even want her to call but she felt the need to let him know. She’s very grateful and we both wanted to say THANK YOU! For such a beautiful arrangement of flowers. Hands down best florist I’ve ever been too even prior to getting the second vase. Walking in there he’s all around polite, professional, courteous, respectful, easy going, and extremely welcoming. He cares about his customers and wants them to be satisfied. If your looking for beautiful flowers I highly recommend this shop!!!

I am in North Carolina and wanted to send flowers to a friend in Manchester. I called Rimmon Heights and spoke with David who was so helpful and friendly to deal with. He helped pick out an arrangement, guaranteed the flowers would be fresh and beautiful and would be delivered the next day at the convenience of my friend who had just lost a loved one. We wanted to send flowers, as there would be a memorial service for our daughter-in-law's grandmother the next day. The gentleman, who took our order, could not have been nicer and was most helpful.
