Flowers were delivered on the wrong day. I was never notified, business allowed me to pay for delivery of flowers, then disregarded the delivery info. I had ordered Mothers Day Flowers for my Fiancée. PJ's website showed me a calendar of available days for delivery. I chose Sunday May 8th and chose to have the flowers delivered to her at her place of business. PJs delivered the day before, when she wasn't even working. When I called for an explanation, I was told "We're closed Sunday" and "I don't know what to tell you". There was no form of apology or any solution given. The service I received when asking about their mistake was rude, inconsiderate and careless. I feel as though the business should have called me and told me their website made a mistake. I believe they did not, because they were afraid that I would have canceled my order. Which, I should have had the right to decide. I paid for a specific arrangement, that was not fulfilled by PJ's Flowers and Weddings.

PJ's did our wedding back in Sept and it was beyond our expectations. They knew exactly what we wanted and how and took it even further. My wife and I were extremely pleased ad the attention to detail.

When first looking at my flowers for my wedding I was in awe!! The colors were amazing and flowers were beautiful. Then everything changed. I took my flowers out of the vase they were delivered in and started my walk down the isle. Half way down my bouquet began to fall apart and continued to fall apart. At one point during our private photos with the photographer more flowers fell out bringing me to tears as I tried to place them back into the bouquet. When the day was over I then heard from my MOH and my mom who both stated their flowers fell apart as well. When we met with Patrick he spoke very highly of his customer service and making things right! Apparently this I not true since I have contacted him and all he can say is this has never happened before, and reminded me that I had a cascading bouquet which is set differently. Mind you my mom had a wrist corsage and my MOH had a simple bouquet. Since then only response is that he will let the distributor know. Poor customer service when things go wrong!

I ordered a deluxe Teleflora arrangement online to have delivered in the same town as PJs flowers, I paid extra to have the deluxe arrangement. $92.00 to be exact. when I was sent a picture of the flowers it was a arrangement of mostly carnations in a vase that was not even close to what was advertised on their website. It was an embarrassment how cheap the arrangement looked compared to what I had ordered. I had called to see if there was is a mistake,the woman said she had made the order and could not find the vase so she substituted it with what she had. It was a much smaller vase and had very few roses mostly red carnations. She had told me she was going to look and see online what it had looked like and she would call me back. I waited the whole afternoon with no phone call. I I have never been so disappointed with a company that delivers flowers, they were very skimpy on the arrangement and they definitely did not send what they had promised on their website I will never use them again.

Patrick and his team is the definition of a dream team!! PJ’s Flowers and Weddings made all of my wedding dreams come true! From the first time we met, Patrick was an absolute pleasure to work with. He works with any budget and makes every one of his weddings look like its a royal wedding. My first meeting with Patrick was a little more than a year before my wedding. I had set up 3 other flower appointments for that same day but he was my first. I sat through the other meetings and left all of them knowing that he was the one! He had the best prices, best options and we instantly connected with him. His knowledge and expertise allowed me to create more with the budget I was working with. By the second time we met (which was the appointment where he shows us the mock-ups) I had completely changed my mind on what I wanted. With no hesitation, Patrick grabbed a pen and some paper and drew up some new designs. I left that appointment knowing I was in good hands and I had complete faith in him even after changing everything. The number one thing that sold me was his sign off policy. The day before he wedding, he had me come in a approve all of my flowers. I knew exactly what I was getting the day of my wedding!! If I didn’t like the placement or color of a flower, he changed it. Of course everything was better than perfect so I didn’t need to change a single thing!!! Even though I had already seen my flowers, I was still blown away when I walked into my venue. My bouquet and my bridesmaids bouquets were literally perfect! He even went out last minute and picked up some ferns that I had dropped on him at the last minute!! I can’t say enough great things about Patrick and his team, I could go on all day about how amazing this guy is!! Please do yourself a favor and hire PJ’s Flowers - I promise you won’t regret it!!
