This place is awesome! Really convenient location, all of the house plants and outdoor hangers are kept in impeccable shape! You can really tell that the staff cares and puts their heart into their work. The staff is extremely friendly and willing to help you in any way that they can! I went in looking for a small spider plant and they sold me some of their babies from a bigger plant, because I was looking for one! They even planted them for me as well. They even offered us beverages as well. Their floral arrangements are beautiful and it seems they can work with you if you're on a budget too. Plants overall are a bit pricey, but it is a local shop, so it's kind of expected. Regardless, I spent about $10 for each plant, was given proper care instructions and advice for all of them, was accomodated with a request they treat didnt even have to do for me, and was treated so so well from the moment I walked in, from when I left. Also would like to mention that the staff is NOT pushy at all for you to buy anything, they dont hover or make you feel pressured to buy a plant or floral arrangement you dont love, so that to me was really nice and appreciated. and I will DEFINITELY be returning!

I've called them direct from Canada several times to send flowers locally in Manchester. The receiver has raved about several of the arrangements and sent pictures that looked lovely. My experience dealing with them on the phone has been excellent and the website gives an accurate portrayal of some of their capabilities.

We worked with Aimee for our wedding flowers last year, and it was the best experience we had out of all our vendors (and several of them were great). She was accommodating, helpful, offered great suggestions, and was just a joy to work with. We liked working with her so much, we asked her to officiate our ceremony as well (at which she also did a tremendous job). Our bouquets were beautiful!

I have always loved coming here for any flower arrangements, this time it was for our wedding. The florist that sat with us to go over our colors and what we wanted was on point with everything. She took the time to make sure that everything was right and we had enough of everything. Plus it was all in our budget, so excited! Everything was beautiful and even after 6 days my bouquet is still thriving! I HIGHLY recommend this for occasions, flower arrangements, or just some greenery around your house.

Stopped by here to pick up a bouquet for a visit to my in-laws and with the little guidance I was able to provide, Jacques’ staff whipped up a beautiful bouquet in no time. I enjoyed browsing through the shop while I was waiting and they were sweet enough to offer coffee during that time. The bouquet was very generous in size with quality blooms - my mother in law loved it!

Jaques did the flowers for my wedding and I ABSOLUTELY LOVED THEM, and I'm about as picky as they come. They were exactly what I asked for and Jacques was wonderful to work with. Aimee who I emailed with and meet with was absolutely wonderful. She was adorable and super accommodating, and completely understood my vision. Our flowers were basically the only decorations at our wedding and they did not disappoint. They were beautiful, and they worked around our budget which made it even better. I'd suggest them to everyone!

EVERY visit to this place is a 5-star visit! The shop itself carries inventive, unique gift items, really nice greeting cards, even wine. Terrific for when you've been invited to dinner. My Mom always said, "There's nothing worse than turning up at someone's home with nothing in your hands but your hat!" For ANY occasion, their arrangements cannot be beaten. Beautiful and remarkably affordable, and put together by the friendliest florists in town. I don't live on the west side, but I nevertheless cross the river whenever I need flowers because they're the best in town. And when I must send something to a funeral, I don't trust anyone else. You can ALWAYS trust Jacques with your sentiments.

Jacques 99% of the time, does an excellent job with cut flowers for occasions especially graves sights and graduations!!! Pick your favorite flowers and ask for the large ones and you will NOT be disappointed and they're cheaper than a grocery store that wastes your money on half dead flowers . I love Jacques because they care about my mom and husbands grave will look, and they make an extra effort to make the bouquets gorgeous for reasonable/better than grocery store prices!!!! They're so caring and that matters the most!

Jacques is a beautiful shop with more than just flowers. The owners and staff here are wonderful! They will work with you to put together a creative bouquet, dish garden, baby gift, etc. Every time I go they ask if I want a cup of tea or water.....How many places do that anymore?

Jacques flower shop helped me on such short notice. Barely 24 hours in fact. My husband's grandmother is gravely ill, and wasn't given much time. My husband's sister, my sister in law had recently got engaged, we all realized that yaya(grandmother) wouldn't make it to her wedding. In the span of 36 hours they decided to get married at the hospital so that yaya can be there for the ceremony. Jacques is one of a handful of florists that was willing to help us with such short notice. They were able to pull together a beautiful bouquet for the bride and few accessory flowers for the wedding party. While my head was spinning with all the things I needed to get done to make this day happen, Adam from Jacques kindly suggested a beautiful wrist corsage for yaya. They went above and beyond to help make this impromptu wedding happen, and they were so kind throughout the process, even when I added more flowers on the day I was going to pick them up. Simply amazing, and thank you!

These folks are great. I ordered a lovely plant basket from here in Florida for my mother at a senior care facility in Manchester. She absolutely loved it. My nephew sent us a photo of it which was impressive. The gentleman (I’m sorry I forgot his name) who took the order was very professional and assured us that we would love the basket, everyone does.
