I chose Heaven Scent Design after reading other reviews online for my wedding. I am in NO way interested in fluffy details and decorations, nor do I know ANYTHING about flower types and what colors go with what. I met with Elaine and showed her the color of my dress, the bridesmaids' dresses, and the groomsmens' suits. She knew exactly what to do! I left it in her very capable hands! I had a few questions and follow ups before the big day, and a simple phone call to the shop put me directly in touch with Elaine. She was very organized and took all my notes down. The big day arrived, and Elaine showed up exactly when she said she would! She helped bring all the flowers into the room, and then gave well wishes. I couldn't be any happier with Heaven Scent Design and Elaine's work. I would highly recommend her services!

This place is great and Elaine is wonderful. We called our normal florist in Concord to have an arrangement delivered to the funeral of our friend. And when we never received confirmation of delivery, we called them on the day of the funeral and were told that they "never got to it". So it is 2 hours before the funeral and we have no flowers for the funeral. So we called Heaven Scent and spoke with Elaine. And even though all of her drivers were gone for the day, we put together a beautiful arrangement of lilies and hydrangea for us and had it delivered in plenty of time for the service. Thank you so much Elaine...you saved the day!

Placed an order online last night and asked that the flowers be delivered to the funeral home the next day, order was accepted. Received email today that the delivery was delayed one day, no reason given. I replied to the email that I had placed the order on the delivery day. About an hour later I got a call from Elaine explaining to me that the funeral director does not accept flower deliveries before the day of the service, something I didn't know. She was very helpful in her explanation, and very pleasant in her manner. I would highly recommend this shop to every one!
