I am getting married in December and went to Ford Flowers for a wedding consultation. Before my appointment I had done zero research on what flowers I may like for my big day, and was nervous about my lack of preparation. Burt Ford put me at ease right away. He asked me for a picture of my wedding dress and the bridesmaid dresses. He immediately gave me recommendations and they were spot on! Based upon my dress, he knew that I was looking for flowers that were classy, yet elegant. He gave recommendations for me, my bridesmaids, and also the groom, groomsmen, and my father. After everyone was settled, we got right into the centerpieces for the table, and also thought of a simple pretty arrangement for the card table. I was very impressed by Burt's attention to detail, and how friendly he was. He then took all his notes and gave us a price for everything including delivery, within 5-10 minutes. The pricing was very good as well. I would highly recommend Ford Flower!

I live in Nebraska, and wanted to have flowers delivered to my mother in law for her birthday. She lives in Salem, NH so I decided to google florists in her area. Ford Flower Co. just happened to be the one I chose. I couldn’t be more pleased with both the ease of their website to order online, and also their very outstanding customer service! I had requested my mother in law be called when the delivery arrived, as she requires a little time to answer the door due to health reasons. This company proved their reliability and professionalism in a big way. The delivery arrived, and my mother in law said it was the most beautiful arrangement she had ever received! Thank you so much! As we were going for a rustic yet elegant look at our wedding, we worked closely with Becky to identify the perfect centerpieces to match our style. We are not really flower people and wanted something simple on the tables at our reception. Our wedding colors were burgundy and gray and Becky was able to put together a beautiful rustic wooden basket with mason jars and candles along with natural greenery to help keep the winter theme without overpowering the decorations at the tables. We would recommend Ford Flowers for anyone looking for a wedding florist.

Bert and his daughter made sure I stayed within my budget while matching my flowers perfectly to each of my bridesmaids different colored dresses. They decorated our ceremony AND reception spot, and I didn't have to worry about one thing. They also went above and beyond with decorating my cake with beautiful cascading flowers. Ford Flowers designed and provided the flowers for our wedding in September 2019. Bert was an absolute pleasure to work with. We came in with a few colors and general ideas and he was able to craft it into a cohesive and stunning design. We wanted to incorporate beer growlers into our centerpieces and Bert was able to use them along with fresh grasses from his own garden to transform each centerpiece and tie the colors in with the bridal party dresses and bouquets. For the bouquets Bert took all the colors we describes and provided amazing flowers that looked stunning and had great texture/volume and color that looked as great in photos as they did during the ceremony. Both our guests and family provided countless compliments throughout the day and were excited to take home flowers at the end of the event. Bert is easy to work with and helped to come up with a floral package that was in our budget and exceed all our expectation. He was very prompt and had no issues getting everything set up early which was a great help the day-of. We highly recommend Ford Flowers to anyone looking for flowers for their wedding, or any event!

Our flowers were fresh, lively, smelling great, and exactly what we imagined! The delivery was smooth and we even called the day of to request an earlier delivery. They made no fuss and did as we asked! That was wonderful! We met with Burt and Becky (father and daughter) and both of them were such a pleasure to work with. Our only concern was that some of the boutonnieres/hair pieces did not last long. The heavier flowers fell off of the pieces, so we recommend asking for extra glue or smaller pieces on the suites! Thank you so much Ford Flower! Everything was great and the bridal bouquet was especially dreamy!!

So I am absolutely touched as I write this. I flew in on Memorial Day from across the country to pay respects to a Marine that was killed on Iwo Jima during the battle in 1945 that my grandfather knew, and to meet his family. I stopped at Ford's to grab some flowers and told them the story. They did up an absolutely beautiful arrangement, walked me to the counter and said "It's on us. Have a great Memorial Day." This was a very sentimental trip for me personally, so their gesture really meant a lot. Just some genuinely good people. PLEASE, go out of your way to give them your business. It's businesses like this that deserve it.

We wanted to send flowers to a friend in New Hampshire, so I scoured the web looking for reviews of florists in their area. After I find a place, I then look at both their FB page and homepage. Ford Flower Co. looked the most promising so I called them. "Scott" answered the phone: he answered my questions, agreed to my specific request, and followed through with a beautiful (and reasonably priced) product. When ordering flowers from another state, it's worth the effort to find a specific local business to use- and the Ford Flower Co. ended up being the perfect choice!

I have been buying flowers from here for years. My latest love was always blown away by the roses, I mean these things really opened up! If you’re kind enough they’ll even let you pick out your own from the fridge! The girls who wrap them up are very attentive to detail and run all the possibilities by you that you didn’t even think of but it makes all the different when you hand the flowers over to your person of choice. They are very reasonably priced and the lady at the front desk is always very helpful in reminding you of any last minute things you may have forgotten to grab. Their hand made cards are always a delight. Also I believe they carry stonewall kitchen goods which are to die for. Lovely place, lovely people and a lovely purchase. Thank you!

Picked up a few stems of flowers and greens for Xmas. Sorry to say the evergreens were dropping their needles as I was putting them in the water . The leaves of the flowers were wilted. Checked the bottom of the stems and they were dry. Flowers had not been in water. Disappointed.

Having to plan a wedding clear across country at the last minute was very stressful. My sister was in charge of the flowers and she contacted several vendors. We got estimates from three and she chose Bert over at Ford Flower Company. This was after working with the other two. She just didn't click with the other two and Bert was professional, understanding and put up with my sister's last minute changes with grace and humor. He listened to my sister and made the arrangement exactly like we envisioned. I got to meet him the day of the wedding and I thought he was charming. The flowers were amazingly beautiful. My profile picture shows the bride bouquet and it was exactly what I wanted. My wedding was May 10th 2014 at Church Landing in Meredith, NH. That was quite the hall up from Salem but Bert did not complain and made it on time. We loved working with you. Thank you Bert!

Customer service was the worst I've seen in a long time. There web site offered the deal of the day, when I called to place my order I was told they don't have a deal of the day today and would not honor there advertisement that was posted on there web site. I will never purchase anything from this place again nor would I recommend anyone to shop there. We will see how it looks on the BBB

I have been going to Ford Flowers for years and really like the atmosphere. I recently had a silk flower arrangement made, and hit a few bumps on the road as far as timing and quality. It is a great place to go and find unique flowers and silk arrangements, so I will not let this bump on the road blur my previous experiences with this company. There are truly not enough nice words to be said about Ford Flowers! What a great experience. We went to Ford Flowers on recommendation for our wedding. We left there that first day with nothing but comfort and confidence in them. Burt Ford immediately had a vision based on what we were looking for and he did a beautiful job. He considered price, flower types, and showed us samples. He even went so above and beyond as to drive an hour up to our venue, after hours, to see the space and make sure we covered everything. His passion cannot be hidden and he is knowledgeable about everything design and all things botanical. What was even more fun for us was that he is very creative and can think outside of the typical floral arranging box. He added unique elements that made an even more beautiful, interesting and personal display. Our wedding was perfect! The flowers were georgous. We got so many compliments on his special details.
