So tired of dealing with the national online floral companies. I prefer going directly to local shops. I was delighted to have found Flower Outlet. They are one of the best floral shops I have ever used. The arrangement they provided was one of the best I have seen. Consider me a Raving Fan of Flowers Outlet.

Flower Outlet is hands down the best Florist in the Nashua area. Their roses are gorgeous, always fresh, and the cheapest I've ever seen, trust me. Kerri the owner is great too. I would definitely recommend you try this place out.

I had Flower Outlet arrange the flowers for my Mother’s funeral. Everything came out absolutely beautifully and quickly. They even called me to let me know that a particular flower in an arrangement wasn’t available. Not sure I would have even noticed but they took extra care to replace them with something I wanted.

Vert disappointing- I phoned in an order and told them i wanted it delivered this afternoon. They accepted my $7.00 delivery charge , had my phone number to call if unable to deliver, could have called recipient id unable to deliver and did none of the above. Fortunately I was able to ask because I was getting peeved that the flowers got no response. NOT GOOD SERVICE wuth many options including a call to apologize if unable to fulfill.

My most recent visit to the Flower Outlet was as the result of previous visits with which I was very pleased. This experience was a confirmation of the former ones. The Outlet staff is courteous, helpful, knowledgeable, pleasant and available to afford the best service. I found the prices at Flower Outlet more than reasonable vs. area competitive pricing. And the "bottom line," the arrangement was beautiful!!! Thank you, Flower Outlet.

Came across the Flower Outlet with a quick Google search. They had great reviews, so I used them for my delivery that I needed to my fiance. I was in the infamous "Dog House" so I figured sending her some roses would help! These guys got me out of a jam since I was able to setup a delivery from my phone online and have it be delivered that same day. I placed my order past midnight, and it was delivered with no hiccups. I called to make sure everything went smoothly and the customer service over the phone was super friendly. I highly recommend them if you upset your lady, or for other stuff, ha. :o)

I am out of town, and I needed to send my mom flowers and a gift (I ordered the sunflowers with teddy bear). I ordered them on a Sunday night around 8pm, and they were delivered before 2pm the next day (Monday). While I know that can't always be expected, I was happily surprised (and yay-so was my mom). Thanks for the fast response! And she said they were beautiful, so thanks again!

I was looking for somewhere that was not only open but able to deliver an arrangement today (on a Sunday). I called and they don’t typically deliver on Sunday but she asked where it was going and said she had several arrangements ready to go and she would make the delivery after 2 (when they close)!! Had flowers delivered to my sister from here for her birthday. I live in Colorado and found this place through Google. I always hesitate when using a florist I am not familiar with. Great service, great flowers! They accidentally made my online order a rush delivery and had it there in 2 hours (impressed) instead of the next week. When I told them of the error, the owner made sure to make it right and send another full bouquet on the right day for free. Both bouquets looked great and are still beautiful a week later.

Horrible florist.... first time I ordered flowers. When I called to complain they were never delivered. The woman I spoke to was quite annoyed. She was plain out rude. When the flowers finally arrived they were half dead. I thought I would try this florist again however my delivery never got to the location. My husband checked every hour to make sure he did not miss anything! I would never recommend them to anyone

I had a fantastic experience with the flower outlet of Nashua. I ordered flowers for my sister who was supposed to be at work. unbeknownst she called in sick and stayed home. Flower Outlet called to let me know she wasn't there and then asked me what I would like them to do!!!!! I had a horrible experience with Shirley's where they couldn't even bring the flowers from the back door to the front door of my house. When I called Flower Outlet back to ask them if they could deliver the flowers to my sisters apartment the lady, Kerry I believe, was extremely pleasant, enthusiastic, and most of all accommodating!!! It was the best experience I have ever had with a florist :). An added bonus, my sister informed that a handsome and friendly man delivered the flowers.

Flower Outlet's name is inadequate. Their name should be premier florist. They delivered a beautiful herb garden for me on very last minute notice. Saving me from the mistake of using an online florist because live out of state. Note to self, buy local! That's what google is for. Thank you Flower Outlet!

I went here for an arrangement for a baby and the young lady Morgan who helped me was so friendly she let me pick out exactly what I wanted and even though I was a little picky she was not annoyed by it and even added her own perfect lil touch! my experience was absolutely wonderful for an arrangement in a ceramic vase with a huge singing balloon and a card I paid under 25.00 definitely worth the money! Will be going here from now on and will recommend to everyone!

Ordered an arrangement to be delivered for Mothers Day/2019. If delivery is better (or worse) than this experience, I will complete here. Called to place an order. Spoke to one of the owners(?)/Kerri. Very nice (and accommodating) person. However, she was (apparently) having issues with her "ordering system". We went back/fourth on some emails. I still don't understand what was going on (but it wasn't an easy process). Also, when I asked for my receipt/confirmation, there was some issue with me getting that (emailed to me). I tried to give her the email address I wanted the receipt/confirmation sent to (and that didn't work, either). So I asked her to email receipt/confirmation to the email address I used on my initial inquiry email (questions). Had to ask twice and I (finally) got it. I really don't know all of what (exactly) happened. So, I gave 4-stars and not 5. Many folks would have given less than 4-stars. I may still do that? Let's see how they handle the delivery? If my Mom's day gift delivery has any mix-up(s) (at all), I will mark off accordingly. Arrangement was delivered without any issues. I'll keep my review to 4-stars. The poor admin support cost them a star.
