Vanessa was a dream to work with and her arrangements were gorgeous. She worked with our tight budget, delivered everything not just on time but an HOUR early, and the flowers lasted an entire WEEK after our big day. She used what we knew we wanted (orange callas), what we responded to at the shop (eucalyptus greens—that smell, swoon!), and our vague ideas (maybe roses?) to create the perfect arrangements for our wedding. Many of us will take the time to complain about a bad experience, but not enough of us take the time to thank people for exceptional customer service (myself included). I want to thank Betsy at the Flower Kiosk for coming thru as promised! I wanted to send my wife an arrangement. When Betsy asked what she liked, I used really "descriptive" words like "colorful" and "different". Betsy somehow took that and her staff created exactly what I was looking for. The flowers were beautiful, and more than I expected at the price point we chose. Thank you, Betsy!!

Our experience with the Flower Kiosk was AMAZING! They gave so much attention to details to make a rehearsal dinner so beautiful. We weren't going to be in town to be able to check for samples or anything before the dinner and so we blindly trusted them and were blown away when we got to see the decorated room. It surpassed our expectations by far! Everyone at the party loved the flowers and decorative ocean themed arrangements, they were unique and very creative. From the first phone call, Lisa was so nice, polite and friendly, suggesting ideas that would go well with the event and then also Betsy and the rest of the crew were just wonderful. I am so happy that I stumbled across The Flower Kiosk, an adorable little flower shop in the heart of downtown Portsmouth. I was so indecisive on who to choose to be my florist for my wedding and after reading other reviews and meeting with Vanessa, I knew I found the perfect person and the perfect place. Vanessa is probably the sweetest person there is. She is so understanding and patient and nice and she really knows her stuff. You can tell she loves her work which gave me confidence that she was going to do an amazing job. She's reassuring, professional, knows all of the latest trends, and very personable. She took the time to meet with me on more than one occasion and always answered my thousands of emails in a timely manner. I presented her with a huge mantel piece that I wanted as the backdrop of my ceremony at my venue and she delivered. It was so gorgeous and absolutely stunning. On my wedding day when I snuck into the ballroom before everyone was there I actually cried when I saw the setup of the centerpieces, the mantel piece, and the rose petals lining the aisle. It added so much to an already beautiful venue. I was at a loss for words when I saw my bridal bouquet. I love it so much that I had it preserved immediately after! Her work is so impressive, beautiful, and cohesive. She's amazing. If you're stuck on deciding on a florist then make it easy on yourself and call The Flower Kiosk now!
