I have NEVER in my life had a worse experience at a florist. I ordered online, which was fine. I picked out this cute colorful rose arrangement for Valentines day to be delivered to my cousin as a surprise. On Valentines Day I didn't hear from her, and thought it was strange since I was expecting her to call right away with excitement upon receiving them. When I called her to see if they had arrived, she said they hadn't. This obviously ruined the surprise, and had me upset considering they were FOR VALENTINES DAY and she didn't receive them even though it "guaranteed delivery" on valentines day. It was past 5PM So I couldn't call and had to wait until the next day. The woman I talked to on the phone told me that the driver had delivered the flowers but was told she had already received them.. I checked again with my cousin to see if any of her roommates had mistakenly turned him away and she told me that no one had spoken to anyone who had flowers for her. Plus why would they have been previously delivered... I can't imagine they wouldn't have noticed or have had a record of that... I let it go and asked them to deliver them ASAP and for my troubles they said they would make her a new arrangement and make it even more special with extras. I assumed that meant a variation of what I had picked out with more roses or other colorful fun valentines flowers. Instead, my cousin received the ugliest bouquet. Instead of an arrangement of roses, tulips, etc of pink red and peach colors she received purple glads.... Flower that are used for funeral arrangements... no roses, not even a splash of red or pink. Just purple glads with lots of green leafy accents.. I was mortified that I had paid money for roses and instead she got this funeral flower arrangement. Considering she is a college student, I wanted a fun colorful happy arrangement that would brighten her day and that is not even close to what I got. I called immediately asking for the owner, i was told she was not in and would call me the next day. She never called, I kept calling back to get in touch and was met with rude, unapologetic snarky comments from every staff member I spoke too. I was finally told refunds could only be done through the website after a WEEK of back and forth, and that If i wanted a refund they would go take back the flowers from my cousin.... I will never use this florist again, they have no sense of customer service and I'm embarrassed they are in business with the lack of respect they have for paying customers. BEWARE!
