Large selection of trees, shrubs, flowers and other plants. Staff allows you to shop unhampered but helpful and friendly when you ask for assistance. Prices are typically higher than the Home Depot didn't the road, so I can't leave with as many plants as I'd want to. It was a hot and dry summer last year, and while the staff were busy watering, many of the plants were too dry. I like Cole's since it's local, but you pay extra.

My wife ordered some flowers for prom and got the wrong color ribbons on them for $50. So my wife called Coles Garden and spoke to the representative on the phone and ask them nicely if they could please change the ribbon. The lady that was dealing with my wife thought she put her on hold but did not and then talk to her coworkers Very rudely about my wife and how ridiculous she was for wanting to change the color of the ribbon. She spoke very nasty about my wife to the other employees there. When the representative lady from coles garden garden return to the phone call my wife let her know that she never put her on hold and that my wife overheard everything she was saying about her. Not impressed at all and just buy this one experience we will never shop at Coles garden again!!! Update I spoke with the owner. She was very nice to me and corrected the issues to the best of her abilities. She apologized and was very respectful to me and my wife. I believe she dealt with the employee that caused this problem.

Their corsage service is brilliant! They gave sincere and thoughtful advice on what to choose and were able to cater to my specific needs even though they were a little experimental. I went to two proms and was surprised to find they had modified the design slightly in each one to make each one special. I would greatly recommend for anyone who is in need for prom season.

I am so impressed with the bouquet they created. I wanted to order flowers, a stuffed animal, and a balloon for a friend who recently had a baby. I live in a different state, so I had to hope that everything would go well. The lady I spoke with was so helpful and put together a really nice bouquet. And she was so easy to work with. I would definately order from here again.

SUCH a cute and magical place! Its like a fairy garden, their flowers and decorations had me entranced! I even saw a cute lil cow there! They have a friendly staff and a wonderful selection of plants. This place was definitely the highlight of my day.

Called from here in CT and tried ordering a same delivery at another florist (I already left them a 2 star review) but because it was 12:57 pm and not before 12:00 pm, they couldn't deliver flowers to my friend who is mourning the anniversary of her mother's passing in Loudon. They said they would if it wasn't snowing... But I called Cole Gardens and they said yes to my request and took my order right away with a comment of "It's New Hampshire, snow doesn't stop us. Would you like us to put together a bright and cheery assortment of flowers?" Thank you Charlie at Cole Gardens from CT!

Planted a lilac tree purchased from Cole's that my mother in law purchased tree is dead this year. Please understand I planted several other shrubs along this same bed all are doing great. Mother in law went and spoke to manager and he was rude and condensing. This tree was purchased in the spring. I work in a garden center and obviously know what I am doing as to planting and care. I can assure you that I will never send anyone your way if we do not have anything someone is looking for if we do not carry it. Very disappointed if I could give a minus rating I would. Please understand my mother in law is 76 years old and to be talked to like that shame on you.

Love coming here. Prices are a bit high for plants but other items like some decorations are ok priced. Usually mostly window shop when I am here but this time I bought a mixed herb planter with 6 different herbs for 17.99. Was the last one they had. Very healthy looking plants in my planter
