I fell into a panic about an hour before my daughter's prom on my way to meet her and take some pictures. I had not even thought about getting her a corsage (she was going with friends, not a date). I called Chalifour's and they were considerate on the phone and had a handmade corsage ready for me in 15 minutes when I arrived. The corsage was beautiful and just perfect for my daughter. Made my dad's heart full and my daughter happy! THANK YOU!! I will definitely be back!

I can't say enough about how wonderful this florist is. Order day or night and they come through. I was informed of the passing of individual in another state just before noon. I ordered a sympathy arrangement an hour and a half later to be delivered today and within 2 hours after, I received a thank you for them. They are my only choice for sending flowers locally or nation wide. Pick, click and rest assure that they will make it happen!!

I arranged to send flowers to a wake. Unfortunately the flowers and card were not received by the family. This mistake could have occured to anyone. Rather than trying to place blame on someone else; Chalifours made right of the situation and delivered another flower arrangement directly to the families home prompty; will no additional charges. Being a small business owner is never easy. Professional decisions like these will gurantee repeat customers! Professional, local, family run businesses are becoming difficult to find. Ordered flowers for my mom from the web page ask them to be there after 4:30 to they show up at 430 with a different vace and ribon. And the flowers where not so fresh looking so I called to complain and the manager actually argued with me about it. Didn't seem worried about a unhappy customer. Last time I order there.

Walked out after the staff simply refused to help. The store was busy with a long line that didn't seem to move but there were employees that didn't appear to be doing anything and couldn't even answer questions. Chaotic and stressful atmosphere and extremely inhospitable.

I called Chalifour's today to get a delivery for my girlfriend at work for her birthday. The woman that took my order was very professional and polite. She asked me my price point and made an amazing arrangement of assorted fresh flowers. My girlfriend absolutely loved them! She sent a pic to me and I was very impressed with what my money got. Just purchased an arrangement for my lady which was beautiful. Only complaint was the customer service from the older woman behind the counter. She seemed almost annoyed at me and my questions. Was rude to me when I did not have the address on hand to the delivery location, which she had to look up. ( I had the name of company just no address) I understand people have bad days but at least try to smile at a customer that just spent over $60 on flowers.

My husbands 1st time to Chalifour's was in May.He was meeting his mom for lunch in Manchester, heard the ad on the radio and stopped in. He left with beautiful flowers(wrapped ,not in a vase, as that's how he wanted them)a surprise for his mom ,but was disappointed at the extremely poor service. He said the people working were very unpleasant almost to the point of being rude. Thinking it might have been just a bad day for the employees that were working that day, he decided to go again today since it's our 37th anniversary and surprise me. Once again he left with beautiful flowers but this time not only were they unhelpful and rude,the sales associate stuffed the flowers into the pottery vase which my husband brought (it's a very sentimental piece to me) He said she was very agitated that he asked her to help arrange them .I wish I could post a pic because she truly should not work in a flower shop. I actually thought he had arranged them himself which I thought was cute but when he told me what happened and how bad the service was again I felt bad for him. Such a terrible experience both times for someone who was just trying to show how much he loves us. Its a shame because the flowers are so beautiful.
