This Walmart is above average Walmart I have a cousin that works in the store and her Department runs pretty shipshape the food department is very well-stocked and organized prices on shelves but the homeware department is seriously lacking somebody should go in and tell managers that you know you need to have a look at your people in this department because they're not doing their job nothing's on the right shelf nothing has the right price for the shelf and what is there two above the price on the Shelf if enough people go to management things can change but if nobody cares then you're buying things at the wrong price that's advertised on the Shelf and sometimes people don't even notice it it's the wrong price of what they picked up

The staff was very rude. I asked a worker where back scratchers were and she said over there and just kind of waved her arm in a general direction. I turned to look where she had " pointed" and she began to scurry off while I wasn't looking her direction. I came back today and...They claim they close at midnight but really they don't let you in the door after 11:50. I needed one thing. I asked, took my time getting out and to the door, and it was 11:51 when I tried to go in but was stopped by the security guard who very rudely told me they are closed. DONT ADVERTISE 12:00 IF I CANT COME IN AFTER 11:50.

Was in a very happy mood when God to Walmart hunt to the register in the back there was no one to attend to me .stood there for at least 25 mins. So my boyfriend had to go behind counter just to see price. I went to look for help I ran into the old man he works Automotive there all the time and he's always been a gentleman to my boyfriend but I guess because I'm a woman or because I asked for help he got rude with me he asked me what I wanted and I said I am a customer here for help he said what do you want and I said I want help he was very rude and then he went and found the man that I needed to speak with and he was a gentleman and he apologized for the other man's behavior and there was Witnesses you pull it up on your cameras

Omg worst Walmart ever.. coming into the door I was almost knocked over by police arresting a shop lifter then got cursed out by the deli clerk for talking to another customer about how much we love the chicken and she went off straight cussing about us rushing her when she wasn't thought about or even mentioned and the other customers got angry and was kicked out the store by the resident cop that's apparently on standby... I do deliveries for post mates which means I deliver groceries from Walmart Walmart thanks it's OK to substitute what should have been regular coffee for French vanilla because that's what the computer told them to do they can't think for themselves I try to take it back for the lady but I couldn't take it back the poor lady who doesn't driver has the final ride up there so she can exchange that copy or get her money back on it Walmart doesn't care about its customers

They are vultures!!! You could spend $400 and they chase you down asking/DEMANDING a receipt. Unprofessional, rude and they think they're the law enforcement. Unbelievable. The nerve of those employees. I'm a hard working American taxpayers who make more than those employees and to be chased down and out the door about a pack of $14 toilet paper that they'd never purchase because it's too expensive is DISGUSTING. I make more a hour than the employees and it is below me to stop at the door for those doormen. On top of not one but two employees told me: they don't price match OTHER WALMART PRICES OR ONLINE PRICES. WHAT?!!! You price match best buy and any other store but not Walmart really now? I say where's your manager instead of telling me they continue to say the manager gonna tell me the same thing. Walked on my heels to the manager I had to go find myself. The manager simply PRICE MATCHED the price thank God!!! Oh needless to say the employees disappeared not staying around to be wrong of course. Imagine that. CLASS A MORON'S.

Ridiculous workers all over the store just standing around talking with each other blocking the aisles and walkway. Had to find someone with keys because the regular aspirin we locked up and none of the staff standing around had keys or would help. Tried the call button but it did not work had to physically walk to find the key master. What a joke they were only aspirin. Next time I'll go to Target for the same items and better service. I can't believe they want $15 an hour to stand around socializing.

Rating SHOULD be -2 My husband just came in today around 7am to buy a bike. He worked graveyard shift all night and just wanted to grab it and head home to sleep. They left him waiting for over 48 minutes....to pull down a bike? It's 7am. How busy can it be in that department? Were they doing something more important? It was ridiculous he was treated this way. The bike he wanted was $130. Nobody appreciates that amount of money? That's a lot to spend at a Walmart to not be taken seriously. He was forced to be unkind just to get service!? Anyone would be upset being left waiting almost an hour with not so much as a "we're looking for ______" "waiting on _____" nothing. Not even 5 seconds of communication. But Walmarts quick to take your money! This is the last time were wasting money here on your rude employees that don't care about other people OR their jobs!

Walmart sure knows how to make their “valued” customers feel like thieves, why is everything locked up? Next thing you know even the food will need key assistance, which brings me to my next point... ABSOLUTELY NO ONE SEEMS TO HAVE KEYS. Get it together, it’s not rocket science. The only decent staff is the money center staff, but it’s completely taken away by the fact that you have two individuals working the registers, with 20+ in line, every single time that I’m there. Time is money people. Wish you guys were more professional. This place needs a shake up badly. And it starts at the top. I’d rather spend a couple more bucks elsewhere if that means quality customer service. I’m better off shopping at a 7-11.

I had a problem with the people in the money center while trying to send money to a personal friend in the Philippines with moneygram. I have been using moneygram at multiple Walmarts to send money to friends and family in the Philippines for over 2 years and never had a problem until now. My transaction was declined. No one was willing to call moneygram customer service and help me, which is what they are supposed to doin that situation. I was also insulted by these rude people.

This Walmart never disappoints me. They always have what I need when I go there. The greeters are always so polite. The only thing I dislike is that most of the Walmart Associates dont really acknowledge the customers that are in the same aisle as them. I use to work retail very similar to Walmart, I know the "behind the scenes" and what corporates expectations are out of their employees. A simple "Hi how are you doin?" Or "is there anything I can help you find?" to the customers are nice.

The automotive department is the bomb! These folks don't mess around. You bring your car in and they get right to work on it and they do it right the first time. They have helped me several times with new tires, maintenance and minor repairs. Very good work done at reasonable prices. I leave there feeling confident that they have done a great job on my car. This store was dirtier than the average Walmart with a very picked over selection. A lot of the items that we went to the store for they were completely out of and staff was completely unhelpful in trying check if they had any inventory in back that we could purchase for the empty shelves locations. Cashiers were well staffed so our wait in line was not very long but we annoyingly had to take our bottle of whiskey to the service desk and wait in an extensive line to remove the security device off the bottle that we had just bought. I work at Walmart in Illinois myself and was very aware that every cashier should have a tool to remove security devices at the time that you check out to avoid having to wait in line at the always busy service desk!

Great workers and easy to navigate store. For example, I attended the local health fair held at this Walmart. The workers on hand got all my immunization vaccines, and helped me with insurance questions! You have your typical Walmart problems, such as the occasional slow lines, but the workers more than make up for it!

The customer service does not accept food return over 24 hours of purchase........since when the WALMART changed its policy without publishing it all over. And when I go there the lady says no to food return. I thought they had 90 days for any walmart merchandise with their respective receipt......... Am I misunderstanding the walmart rules and procedures, or it is the ladies of the customer service that make their own rules ???????????? Out of what ????? As far as I know what do these ladies got to go between my money and the WALMART ?????? as far I know those ladies from the customer service do not have no money invested in part or share of the walmart, to me they are just any expendable employee so to speak..............!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! who is going to take of that now ???????????????????

4 stars only because of the location, too far to be convenient for me. Really a great place to shop if you want to meet all your needs in one place. Whether grocery shopping or picking up a prescription or even gardening items this is a great place to check a lot of boxes without having to drive all over the place.

In and out with quickly. This Walmart is the 3d closest to my home. Handy app said I'd find SoundBuds Life in aisle L1. I did, and a young man, Chris, rang it up. Chris is a credit to his mother and father and whoever hired him. If he wants a retail career, he'll thrive. I suppose he'll be a GM and will make sure customers are given the service I saw today. This Supercenter seems well-run, the best in town. Walmart is not always my first choice. Women and men like Chris can change that.

Very big store and you can find lots of things except I wish there were more of a variety with traveling sized products. The have so many things locked up in this store, even the underwear, kinda crazy... As we walked up to pay for our things some kid was on a scooter in the store and the guy asked him to get off of it as he kept riding on It. The employee yelled out "YO I thought I told you to get off that scooter" I was kind of shocked because that is unprofessional to say the least.

I used the Eco ATM to cash out on a I phone I found gave me thirty dollars for it. Hey! it was a lot more than what I had before I entered the store which was nothing. The machine is easy to use it accept tablets, broken phones, non working phone's. All you need is an state Id/driver's license. The machine has it's own phone charger. Just plug your phone to the charger & the machine does all the work while you wait. It will also ask you which phone company provider for each phone. If your phone has no cash value they will give you the option of recycling the phone once you do that the machine keeps the phone & you can't get it back. The machine is always located in the front of the store. All Walmart locations do not have these machines. So call the store ahead of time before wasting gas on a blank trip. I've also saw this Eco ATM in local shopping malls as well.

The Walmart on location of Charleston and Decatur to be quite truthful can I give Seven Stars because whether it's day shift swing or graveyard you're running a great team on Charleston and Decatur here in Clark County Las Vegas Nevada USA. I'll look at my receipt to see what store number you are, and for mr. Walton is it Walton take a chance on your employees as you did I would like to see some kind of bonus whether it's whatever season Christmas Fourth of July Thanksgiving I mean look at the calendar for the record. Self checkout stands were open but when I lined up to check out and employee told me they were Not open because she hadn't opened them yet. Yet she sat there and talked to another employee and made us go find a different line. This is why I despise Walmart.

My overall opinion of this particular store location (Charleston/Decatur) is: I've seen better, I've seen worse! While they do seem to have items in stock more often than some of the other nearby Walmart locations and the variety of products they carry in all departments seems to be greater than most local Walmart's, you definitely get a sense that their Employees care more about how much longer they have until their shift is over than they do in customer service/satisfaction.

Walmart always has good a selection and great prices. The employees at this location on Charleston and Decatur aren't pleasant and don't smile, even when I smile at them and say hi. They have what's called a "ten foot rule" which means that every customer they come within 10 feet of, they have to greet... These guys don't.

The variety of products are amazing. From clothing to groceries its a one stop shop and prices are a great value of coarse. Location is central to many areas surrounding the las vegas Strip. Customer service is great here as well. One of the very best super centers in las Vegas. One and only headache is that the parking can be hectic. So many people go to this store so u may need to walk a little ways to tbe store. Small price to pay for excellent shopping.

Walmart online grocery shopping & store pick up is the best thing ever. I have autoimmune disease and this saves me time, energy & a lot of pain. Plus, the people I've encountered that bring out the order are always very friendly & kind. Bonus: I don't have to go into the store & deal with other shoppers.

This is a very good Walmart. This Walmart has a good size parking lot and is well lit. There is a car service area and a pharmacy. This Walmart has a large grocery section and a large electronic section. This Walmart offers self-checkout. This Walmart also has a large deli/prepared foods section.

Absolutely ludicrous behavior by the grocery pickup personnel. We have shopped through grocery pickup since it started at the Reno location. Today, I attempted to use my husbands card to pay instead of mine and was refused my groceries! “Because it was not my name on the card.” Are you joking?? I offered to show my social security card, our wedding photos, his name in my phone, everything I could think of— yet they refused to give me our groceries. My husband works every day, and often overtime, for the city of OKC and I homeschool our child. Obviously I’m home and available to pick up the groceries and he is not. Their answer was: “if he wants the groceries he can come pick them up himself.” Wow. We will no longer be your patrons.

This is a very clean Walmart. This is my first visit to this location and so far so good however what happened to the smiling faces. But everything else went well . Money center had only one employee working with 20 people in line. It took over 30 minutes which is not right. Where is the help please. But they sent someone when a customer asked . Waited in line 40 mins to return window blinds that were to big for my window. I bought these blinds at another store on clearance. There was only one person doing the returns. the whole time the manager in yellow vest was talking to another employee about personal stuff. instead of helping the only person on the register. while another employee put up the returns in the return bins. I find this extremely un professional and productive. what happened to helping customers first? I'm highly frustrated with this Walmart. its extremely filthy. employees are not helpful. I'm a 100% disabled veteran and have had a lot of bad experiences with this location. For example, a few months ago, I was trying to pick up some groceries and I had my handicapped plate facing the entrance. I was informed by Walmart security that I couldn't park in the handicapped parking because, "You have to have a handicapped placard. The plate doesn't mean anything." Just today, my girlfriend went inside to pick up two items with her service dog and was kicked out with no explanation. This location is filled with angry people. Most angry people inflict their bad moods onto others, making their lives more difficult than it needs to be.

This place has only one problem....over-crowded! The store is well stocked and the staff is friendly. We prefer the Mustang location, but we were in the area. The large number of restaurants in the area and other shops is great, but the crowds create traffic problems.....so be patient and careful at this location...people are always crossing and trying to get the best parking spots....so relax and take care watching for others.

It is absolutely unbelievable with the few actual humans they have on the register that one was checking someone out one slow item at a time while looking at his phone the whole time. This location is horrible with customer service, no one was working in the lawn and garden section. 8-2-19, just finished checking out from register #2, the cashier was flirting with some other employee and gping slow as all get out talking about how he's tired cuz he's been there for 1-1/2 hrs already. Flirt on your own f-ing time, not mine. No wonder self checkouts are getting popular, don't have to deal with the rude and inconsiderate checker(s).

Absolutely the worst customer service!!! We stood in isle L15 for over 30 minutes to have someone come and unlock the case so we could purchase a headlight. We spoke with 4 in store associates and called the store twice. The first time I called I asked to speak with a manager who over the intercom requested someone help in automotive. The second time I called I asked for a supervisor and I was placed on hold with no response. Finally the fourth associate I stopped (Zachary) came back with keys.(They were on the other side of the store!) He was the only one who did not leave the situation for someone else to handle. That is integrity! That is customer service! Zachary or Zach you are the real MVP and everyone there needs to follow your lead! Note to the store manager Eric Elliott, the night crew do not care for your customers with the exception of Zachary.

This is the closest location to the strip in Vegas it's a life saver if you are staying for a longer time in a hotel on the strip, just buy some cases of water,soda whatever you like and take it to your hotel room and enjoy your stay without spending on the minibar or buying water bottles from the stores on the strip I stayed at the Venetian for a week and the water was not available in the room so you have to either buy from the minibar or the shops so this place saved me the 5 stars are for the location, the service is always walmart, no comments on that.

I'm generously giving this visit a four star. Walmart does not control those who chose to shop here (obviously). Many of their patrons do whatever they please. They clog up the aisles, and either don't move at all, or don't move much. I should have never come here on a Sunday! Sunday is truly a day for bucket heads! Nobody on Sunday is goal oriented. Everyone meanders around like fully satiated zombies. Brainless and without motivation, and definitely without any concern for others. This Walmart seemed to have a little more of that than I am accustomed to putting up with. Ultimately, this Walmart is usually not a bad one, other than it sucking the soul out of the American experience! The employees are polite. They don't seem to feel like they are chained to the register, and whipped! On a less busy day I know it would have been a lot cleaner! All of this isn't Walmarts fault though! It's the fault of the self absorbed litter bugs who seem to be delighted if they can clog up the aisles and inconvenience others! I don't usually complain, but can we as a people step up our Sunday game! I am so tired of it being a garbage day filled with people who feel entitled. Why does going to church make so many people so grouchy, stingy, and the complete opposite of the way you would expect it to make them feel.

The people are rude and the short change the people who come in there walmart stores to shop the teller short changed me before he should have been fired im old school and thats not how you run a professional buisness walmart employes are also rude they never have any thing in stock that you want as a paying custermer walmart needs to step up the pace

The WORST experience I have ever had. My head is going to EXPLODE right now. Tried to return an icemaker. Had the receipt with the serial number of the item on it Paid for it with a credit card. Had the receipt. No box. Bought it less than a month ago. Stood at customer service 15 minutes till an asst manager came. Said I couldn't return it without the box or the manual. I left the store and went to my office to retrieve the manual and came back. Stood there again for another 15 minutes while the same customer service rep took 2 people in line before me. He called another assistant manager who examined the item the receipt the manual and took his time folding plastic bags while I patiently awaited his almighty decision. NO YOU MAY NOT RETURN OT WITHOUT THE BOX. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? He gave me the option to speak to HIM or someone else the next morning about it. WHY WOULD I SPEAK TO HIM AGAIN WHEN HE REFUSED ME THE FIRST TIME WITH EVERY SCRAP OF PAPERWORK PERFECTLY IN ORDER, COMPLETE WITH SERIAL NUMBER AND CREDIT CARD NUMBER.???? ARE YOU KIDDING ME???? THIS IS THIEVERY ON THE PART OF WALMART. RETURN POLICY???? HELL NO!!!!!!! NEVER AGAIN.

This Walmart is horrible! I can’t imagine why anyone would shop here. EVERYTHING is locked up in glass cases. So you literally have to shop department by department because you have to pay for anything in a case (which is 75% of the store) in that department. Plus, there’s no staff to get anything out of said cases. I’ll go to a Walmart where I can get what I need without seeming like I’m a criminal!

It’s a Walmart but I have to say the employees I came in contact with were very nice. The salon there really needs some more personality and a touch of class to their employees. They never helped find things but when time to pay they fell over each other to take our money.

Great prices and lots of selections. Try to go on off peak hours or you might get stuck in line for a whilw. The employees are very helpful. I can almost always find what I am looking for, though sometimes what it says is in stock at the store on the website is not actually in stock. It is very convenient to order online and ouck up in store. Just remember that what you order online cannot alwsys be returned at the store. That is really inconvenient and frustrating.

I have never been to a Walmart that was so hard to buy things at before I went to this one, if you want to buy something that is in a case, which is most everything then you have to purchase it right at the location of the item, super difficult to get help in anyone of these sections, funny thing is their booze is easier to buy than a charger for your cell phone. Lots and lots of tweekers here, not recommend for a single mom with younger children. Or anyone in a hurry! However you will get a free show out of it. If you enjoy people watching this place will not let you down.
