Donna took my out of town valentines order over the phone and was very helpful even though I could tell from all that was going on in the background that she was extremely busy. When the Hard Rock hotel gave her delivery driver a hard time because my gf wasn't listed on the room she took the time to call me and get everything sorted out even on Feb. 14th! Couldn't be more pleased! Would def. recommend!

This experience was awful. It all started with a simple phone call. This rude lady answered the phone and from the start was very rude with her "Hello". I continued to asked ask a very simple question about delivery and she proceeded to tell me they don't do that and when I was processing another way to deliver my flowers she started yelling on the phone making me feel like an idiot for asking the question in the first place. I wad going to purchase flowers from here, but not with this nasty service and bad attitude, it might taint my flowers.

We decided to use VIP Floral Designs in order to cut costs. It was a huge savings, the flowers that came were beautiful, and what we received was way more than what we expected. We choose one wedding package that includes the bridal bouquet, bridesmaids, boutonnieres and corsages and we purchase also bulk flowers from them to make the centerpieces and save a little more. From my experience, if I will have to do it again, I will choose the package that includes the centerpieces as well, it's worth it, no more stress !!!

It's Mother's Day! I wanted some personalized flowers and to say it was also on their website. Extremely rude. Non professional and horrible customer service. I'd recommend anywhere else other then here! Arguing with me through the phone!

This place is all-around fantastic! I ordered an arrangement for my grandmother's 90th birthday last minute, and they delivered it to her the same day! The quality and freshness of the flowers was superb. I added the roses with Happy Birthday written on them; it looked amazing! The customer service provided was top notch as well; like I saud everything was fantastic. I will only use VIP Floral Designs from now on!

They have the most wonderful and appealing flowers. I’m a flight attendant and rarely see my boyfriend so we make sure to keep the romance alive. Last month, he sent me flowers that were delivered from VIP FORAL DESIGNS. They have the most wonderful and appealing flower arrangements that I ever seen. My boyfriend told them to deliver it before my 10 AM flight, and there was no delay. It definitely made me smile all day long! P.S. My best friend told me when she got married about 3 years ago her wedding flowers were made by VIP Floral Designs and the flowers were absolutely beautiful.

Excellent service! Very professional with what they do. I put my order online and then I called back to make some changes on the delivery address. “If there was a way to give VIP FLORAL DESIGNS more than 5 stars I totally would! Prior to randomly finding VIP Floral through a friend’s social media page, I had met with a few other florists in the area and simply couldn’t find the “right fit”. Despite seeing her beautiful pictures online and in her albums, I was blown away by the immaculate job she did for our wedding! They did my bouquet, my husband's boutonniere and our centerpieces. We chose sunflowers which were not on the website and they were absolutely beautiful. My pictures were gorgeous. VIP Floral Designs did an amazing job creating my homecoming corsage and boutonnière! They used high quality flowers that lasted me for more than a day and truly looked beautiful on my hand. I got a dozen Rose's and they were a mixed variety. The pink were pretty much opened so they lasted about a day and a half and dropped over the purple ones didnt open they just drooped over and the red ones never opened and just drooped over. I called they said they should last 3 days. Note to my husband. Dont buy here again!

Adelina and Donna are extremely responsive, flexible, friendly, and their quality of work is incredible :) We researched a lot of florists for our wedding, and VIP FLORAL DESIGNS provided the best value by far! Laughably poor telephone service. The women had some heavy nondescript Eastern European / Russian accent -- no problem. At least for me. For her, big problem. After spelling the name for delivery 5 times, I just gave up and hung up. And yes, I even spelled it phonetically. I suppose it's politically incorrect to criticize dyslexic foreigners so I won't -- UNLESS YOU HAVE THEM TAKE TELEPHONE ORDERS FOR YOUR BUSINESS. In that case, I'll criticize all day and all night. Another thing. All I wanted was a simple birthday arrangement for my girlfriend. She seemed insulted that I would even think of anything less than $100. Las Vegas BS. In any other town in the country they would be ecstatic for a $75 dollar order. Oh, I forgot to say that she reminded me at least 5 times that this is Saturday and they will be closed for the next 2 days (holiday weekend). Yeah, I got that the first time. 4 more times didn't change anything. Insulting and incompetent telephone service. Bad combination. But I guess it was good for a laugh. PS I rate "Service" Poor for obvious reasons. Google wouldn't let me publish without "Quality" and "Appeal" ratings. Since I never ordered any flowers I just put down Good for those, in order to get Google to publish the rating. In reality I have no idea if the "Quality" or "Appeal" is good, bad, or indifferent.
