Very poor customer service... Me and my, now husband, were in contact with a florist about our cute, little flower arrangement for a couple of days prior arriving to LV for our wedding. Yes, we did everything on a phone. But photos and clear instructions regarding the choice of flowers were provided. Unfortunately, what we were provided with was hardly what we ordered. Flowers were not fresh and wrong choice for this type of an arrangement. Our experience was poor. Very poor, we ended up ordering another arrangement in a different flower shop.

Vegas Rose Flowers did an amazing job on a floral arrangement for my mothers birthday today. I went in with little time and Alicia and her mom put together an incredible arrangement with very short notice. Thank you both so much for the great friendly service and the great price....she absolutely loved them. Very beautiful flowers and arrangements already made and ready to go. Super friendly family owned business. I will continue to use them always. Thanks again Alicia....see you soon.
