I ordered 2 dozen roses late in the day on a Monday. Not only did they get the delivery done same day, they were honestly some of the most beautiful roses I've ever bought. Fresh from Columbia that day, $160 something and worth every penny! Wife couldn't even remember why we were arguing..just gave me a big kiss!

I don't know much about flowers, but I do know a lot about business and customer service! && Let me tell you this is the best service I have had in a VERY long time! I spoke to this lovely young woman who assisted me for a flower delivery even when they were not supposed to! She went out of her way to make sure that my presents made it to their owner! I can't describe how satisfied I am with this place! I LOVE ROSE SHACK!! AAAAAAAA++++++ SERVICE!!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TO EVERYONE! The folks (and the roses) at the Rose Shack are the bomb! The service was exceptional and the roses I ordered for my wife were delivered on time and were beautiful. I had a small window in which the flowers needed to arrive and the staff was very accommodating in making that happen. I highly recommend the Rose Shack.

I was late preparing for Valentine's Day so I took a stab in the dark and tried to find a florist with good reviews near to where my flowers were to be delivered to my wife. Rose Shack delivered a beautiful selection of flowers in the pouring rain way before the deadline I'd need them to deliver within. First time using Rose Shack and I was impressed. I am in KS so I hadn't the opportunity to hand pick my selection. I have always been weary with the verbiage 'arrangement may differ than picture' as I have not been satisfied with what gets sent out at times once it had arrived. Rose Shack sent me emails sharing the process including a picture of the ACTUAL finished product before it was delivered, when it was ready for delivery and when it was delivered. This was above and beyond my expectations. The only thing that would have made it better is to see the balloon that I added to the order to see what was going out as well. Thank you for helping me make my aunt's birthday this much more special.

97 dollars for 12 roses in a box deliverd 4 miles away the vase was 40 bucks more that's 5.83 per rose an 2.50 per mile seems a lil high don't you think but the young lady on the was helpful even with her inexperience somewhat satisfied only cause my girl loved them an that's what matters the most

I'm from the UK and have used Rose Shack on a number of occasions. The flowers and service are always fantastic. I often send to the work place and they always receive many great comments from others. I'm told they also last well too compared to others. I recently visited Las Vegas and went to the shop to place a further order. I met Juliet who fully understood my requirements and exceeded expectation when they were delivered. My partner and I entertain a good bit and like most people I don't always have the time or the know how for flowers. I had a dinner party last night and I called The Rose Shack for an tropical arrangement and I was thrilled with what arrived. An absolutely gorgeous arrangement of Bird of Paradise and orchids. It had the height I was looking for and the variety of flowers and greenery. I live in a loft and I wanted something very modern. It was absolutely beautiful and my guests were all impressed with it and asked where I'd gotten it. That was the first time I have gotten compliments on flowers in my home before. Im really impressed with the service and I called back to get the name of the guy who arranged them because I will definitely ask for him again.

I ordered often from former owners and always was very happy..So I gave new owners a chance to keep my business..I cant say they were great but cant say they were bad..No way do I get as much bang for my buck as i used to.But they were very friendly and not so bad..Hoping the quality will be great on future orders as I dont want to find another florist..

Disappointed........First I tried to place an order online. And every time I tried to purchase the flowers and balloons. The cart would say it was empty. So I called to place the order and did it verbally. I also told her that their website was not working correctly. I upgraded the flowers to the middle package, that added $20 to the original price ( I think they only added 2 roses to what the package already came with). As well as balloons and only the flowers showed up. When I called to speak with Eva (the person I ordered from) she was not there and the lady that I spoke with said" well the balloons are not on the ticket." She made no attempt to satisfy me to continue business down the road and acted like I never asked for them. No apology or anything, just blamed me. I will never do business with them again and will call 1-800 flowers from here on out.

If you want the smallest flower arrangement Las Vegas has to offer, this is the place to order from. I love to support local businesses, but I will not order from them again. The bouquet was literally half the size of other flourists I use in town. They did do a great job on taking the order and delivering the same day.

I went in right as the shop was closing one day to ask for 2 dozen roses. The manager was very helpful and kept the shop open late to make sure my roses were prepared-despite the fact that I was doing everything last minute. I loved what I got and the price I got it for. I would recommend this place to anyone!

Great service. I called first and they were able to answer all my questions. I went in and checked to make sure the Rose's were exactly like I wanted them to be. And they were even better. I ordered in advance just 1 rose and they were amazing the wrapped it up for an extra few buck and it came out soo much better than I expected. This will be my go to place from now on!!!!
