I ordered a daisy bouquet for my sister on their website and as their disclaimer says flowers may be substituted, Michelle went the extra mile and called me to let me know she was out of certain white daisies and would replace with different white daisies. I live in Florida and my sister just moved to Vegas so I wouldn't have known had she substituted the flowers, I appreciate it so much because other florists wouldn't have done that. The daisy bouquet was so beautiful, flowers were fresh and my sister loved it, daisies are her favorite flower. Thank you Michelle for taking the time to call me to make sure I was satisfied. I found a great florist who cares about her customers. If you want beautiful flowers, great customer service call Flowers by Michelle, you will not be disappointed!

I can't tell you how much we appreciated the service and design by Flowers by Michelle. I ordered flowers for my stepdaughter's funeral services the day before the funeral. We had so much going on that we almost forgot to order the flowers. We were told by two other florist that we were too late to have them delivered the next day. I spoke to, and worked with, a very nice lady named Lisa. She was professional, patient, and sympathetic to our needs and reason for calling. She even called back and offered alternatives to color and flower selection, and the beautiful standing spray was delivered even earlier than quoted. But that was only once in 20 yrs and it wasn't her fault. She replaced the flowers. So if you're looking for a flower shop that you can count on. Mixed bag for me. I live out of state now, and wanted very much to have a dozen SALMON colored roses delivered ANONOMOUSLY. The day before I was sent three pics to choose from, which were basically light orange, light pink, and dark pink. I reluctantly chose the closest, but "not salmon" dark pink. Also, when the recipient asked the delivery person who sent them, the driver went out to the car and got my name and told the person asking. But it was a beautiful arrangement, and she was very pleased. And they are very nice folks.

Several months ago I went to order flowers from another florist close by but they were to busy to fill my order so they told me to call Flowers by Michelle..I have ordered all my flowers from them since.. I placed an order for Mother's Day to be delivered to my significant others work and was a little upset when the wrong arrangement was delivered..I fully understand mistakes are made.. I myself did not read the confirmation email or I would have caught the mistake.. But I'm a guy and we know how guys are..I called the very next day which was the day before Mother's Day and explained what happened to Paula and with no questions asked she corrected the mistake and had them delivered that day..Did not spend more than 5 minutes on the phone.. Excellent customer service and very professional.. I will always order flowers from them..

I live in Texas and I needed to find a florist who could create the perfect arrangement for my sister who lives in Las Vegas and was having surgery. I called and spoke with one of the associates at the flower shop and told her I wanted a bright colorful Dahlia arrangement in a rustic tin container. Two days after the Dahlias were delivered to my sister, they began to die. I called the flower shop immediately to get a refund. Michelle picked up and told me she noticed the flowers had been put in the floral foam which does not give dahlias a long life. Michelle said she realized that immediately and was worried that the flowers would't last (she didn't do the arrangement, another employee did). Michelle told me she guarantees her flowers 100% and that she wanted to personally redo the flower arrangement for me. She asked me what my vision was for the arrangement. I told her I wanted a rustic, boho chic bright Dahlia arrangement. Michelle definitely captured my vision and then some. I normally don't write reviews, but for this I had to! If you are looking for a professional florist who is willing to go above and beyond and capture your vision...Call Michelle! I will continue to use her for my Las Vegas flower needs! They offered excellent pricing and I couldn’t have been more pleased with the over all outcome of the arrangements I ordered! All the employees were very friendly but, Katie was awesome! She took her time to sit down with me and take notes of all the details I had in mind for my special day. One detail in particular that was important to me was that I had peonies in my bridal bouquet. And while they were not in season, Katie worked her magic and was able to follow through and I couldn’t have been more great full for her extra effort! They delivered and set up all the flowers for the ceremony and reception, which was extremely helpful! The only reason I am giving two stars and not one is because my nana said that the flowers were pretty and Emily I spoke to on the phone when I made the order was very nice. However, this is my first time ever sending flowers and I sent them to my nanas work because she is retiring and I was so excited for her to receive the delivery. Well apparently the delivery guy did not deliver to my nana or have her sign for anything because they got dropped off at the front counter. This situation was exactly what I was afraid of. Now the employee held on to the flowers for TWO HOURS and then just set them back in the break room I had to call my nana and ask her if she received flowers from me and she had to go look at the card and see it. This was everything I was afraid of it completely ruined the experience I seriously wanted to cry because of it. For spending $120 on flowers to be delivered to my nana instead of dropped off to someone who clearly didn't care it was a complete waist of money to do this. EXPERIENCE RUINED

I understand flowers used can very in color but the arrangement looks like half in size (he ordered the premium size) and the flowers are just okay looking. I ordered 2 corsages and 2 boutonnières for my kids’ prom. The roses were browning when I picked them up. My daughter’s corsage was falling apart when we took it out of the box. My husband ordered a corsage for my 8 year olds daddy daughter dance on Thursday. They went in the back with the employee and picked flowers to fit her wrist and she kept a sample of the tule to incorporate into the design. When he picked it up this afternoon (Saturday), the employee working (not the same one as before) gave him a corsage with 5 little roses, a tule like material and some jewels. She told him that they didn't think the original design would fit a child's wrist so they changed it. First of all, they should make what we ordered, not what they think we want. Second, if there was any question about our order they should have called us. And lastly, when my husband asked if the price changed since it was a lot smaller than the original she said no. So we paid $27.01 for something I could have made myself. I gave them 2 stars because the employees were nice and the corsage was cute, just not worth $27.01. We will not use them again and not recommend to anyone else. UPDATE: Barely got to the dance and the corsage came off the wrist band. SO DISAPPOINTING! I will be stopping by tomorrow or when they open next.

Beautiful arrangement! I ordered online and looking at pictures can be deceiving. I upgraded this arrangement to premium, and was so pleased when the recipient sent me this photo. The flowers were fresh, as shown in the photograph, the bouquet was full, and enhanced with additional flowers (berries) to make this bouquet gorgeous. The delivery was exactly as stated. I couldn’t be more pleased, and would recommend Flowers By Michelle.

I just have to say wow! I called a couple of weeks ago to set up a surprise delivery for my significant other. Michelle happened to be the one who answered the phone. She was amazing! From walking me through the perfect floral arrangement to making sure communication was clear every step of the way, she went above and beyond with her customer service. I had a really tight delivery window, and her driver had already gone out for the morning. That didn't stop her - She hopped into her own car and delivered it to our door personally. The wedding bouquet turned amazing and everyone loved it It was suppose to stay in the church but the couple took it to the reception. Amazing! Went in to buy corsage and boutenir (sp?) on the morning of the Homecoming dance. Beautiful, artistic pieces were ready in a couple of hours. Gave us what we asked for... and so much more than we even thought of! A bit pricey, but with the amount of workers I saw putting arrangements together so quickly, I didn't mind, for a 3 or 4 times a year purchases. Gorgeous!!!

The person on the phone was very helpful and friendly and worked with the delivery person to make sure it would arrive during a window of time when my wife would be home. I love how friendly everyone is, as buying flowers for another person is a very emotional way to express, love, gratitude, sympathy...etc... however yesterday I was disappointed in the attention for detail and to follow the instruction. It's our senior night, at Shadow Ridge hs, where our girls get a rose and so do their mothers. Our order wasn't put together correct. We were in a rush or I would have rejected the whole thing. My only suggestion during this busy time of year for your business is please make sure your florist remember that these flowers are being given from the heart, so read the request... white roses and navy were all we asked for, first we got red with purple.... then in a quick fix we got blooming white roses with the same purple.

Have used them numerous time but will never use again. In the past I have had poor quality of tulips and issues with delivery. Yesterday, never received my Valentine's flowers. Attempted delivery after business hours. Offered to deliver at my home later that evening but failed to show up. Initially I was not upset because I understand Valentine's Day is crazy busy...but don't say you will deliver in 30 mins and not come and not even bother to call!! Sure we received a refund and a $25 credit for a future order (which will not ever be used) but if you truly want your someone special to get your flowers, chose a business that cares about quality and delivery.

I just came from there picking up an order that I did over the phone yesterday for my wife's birthday. I called and placed the order for a mixed arrangement with Lilies. I get there to pick it up today and there's not a Lily in sight, there are several tulips in the arrangement though. So I ask the lady ringing me up are there Lilies in the arrangement? She responds with "Did you ask for Lilies?" as she unfolds the order request paper. She reads it and says that the order said mixed arrangement with Tulips. I said nicely "No she wanted Lilies." She then states that "We can add a Lily in there and charge you an additional $8 for one Lily because that easier to do than taking the whole arrangement out and redoing it"........ I wanted an arrangement that was mostly Lilies with a few other mixed flowers. I'm not paying $75 plus an additional $8 to get ONE Lily in an arrangement of other flowers that I didn't want. I didn't say any of this though. Then she states "Well they are beautiful for a birthday". To me beautiful is subjective. What's beautiful to you isn't beautiful to someone else and looking at a vase full of flowers that I know my wife doesn't like it's beautiful. I'm a non-confrontational guy so at that point I gave up and placed my card on the counter and told the lady "It's ok I'll just take them". As I'm standing there silently waiting for the lady to ring me up and she then volunteers, "You know the lady that took your order yesterday is our assistant manager and she's pretty sharp, so you must have said Tulips"......HOLD ON.....I wan't making the order being wrong an issue.....I was even paying for the arrangement even though I knew it wasn't what I had ordered or wanted. I order my wife Lilies every year for her birthday. They are the ONLY flowers that she likes. I know I didn't say tulips. I don't even know what a tulip is or looks like. The only flower I can tell you about is Lilies because they are flower that my wife likes. So don't tell me that the mistake must have been mine! I took great offense to this. I still said nothing. She probably has no idea that I even had an issue with that. As she hands me my receipt she says "I'm so sorry, you have a nice day". Like I said, I'm non-confrontational so I'm not looking to make it an issue. But I will let my feelings about the service that I received be known to the world. 1. Don't insinuate that your employee couldn't possibly have made a mistake. 2. By stating that she's "sharp" and couldn't have made the mistake then you're insinuating that I'm not "sharp" because you think I was the one that made a mistake. 3. If you see the customer isn't happy with the arrangement then don't offer to add only one of the flowers that they really wanted and then charge the customer and additional $8 to do that. 4. Don't tell the customer that "it's easier to add one of the flowers and charge them for it than to redo the arrangement completely" If a mistake was made then redo the order before you charge the customer for something that you know they're not happy with. Especially when you advertising a "100% Satisfaction Guarantee" on your website! I would call them and ask for the manager to explain this, but it's a Family Owned Business so if it's all family members then they'll probably take up for themselves over the any customer. I'm not going to blast them and tell you "Don't go here" but know that they do make mistakes and they're not going to offer to redo the order to fix it. They have no problem taking your money even when they know you're not happy with their work. This was my first time using this place and I won't be returning. I usually go to Thimbleberry House florist in summerlin and they've always taken the time to build my arrangements just right, but I was trying not to drive down to summerlin and it bit me in the butt. Next time I'll just go to where I know I'll get the good service that I'm looking for.
