I wanted to order a gift basket for my best friend. I live in California and she lives in Reno. I looked on Google and found this shop with a 5 star rating and thought this would be a good choice. I spoke with Maria and told her that I wanted a gift basket filled with Starbucks ground coffee, fresh cookies, and two mugs. I explained that it was for my best friend's birthday and I wanted it to be special and I needed it delivered today if possible. She said "no problem" and that she would do a good job on it. My friend called later in the day to tell me she received this wonderful and beautiful gift basket. Maria had put in a lot of extra special touches beyond what I had asked for. My friend said it was the best basket/gift that she had ever received. Thank you for making my friend feel special and loved!!!

Lily’s were completely missing and replaced with cheap flowers! I’m not entirely happy with Flowerbell. I called yesterday morning to order an arrangement for my mother in law who just lost her dog. I live in the Bay Area, which means I cannot get to see the flowers in person. I have order flowers from other shops which worked out but not as much this time. I could have order flowers online and have them shipped next day for half the price but wanted to always help small business. The two parts that made me feel hurt about my purchase was the owner didn’t know which items were on the front page of the website, and we had to go through each one to show him which arrangement I was interested in. Once that was completed. I was waiting in anticipation to see if they had been delivered. I called my mother in law to see if she got them, which she did, however THEY DIDN’T HAVE ANY LILYS! Unlike the pictures which had at least 3! Please look at the pictures, granted the lighting isn’t optimal.

They are awesome! Good customer service. They go above and beyond. I have used them couple of times and I appreciate their courtesy calls if changes need to be made. I am also glad they are in the Lemmon Valley area.

Best customer service! Came in 15 minutes after they were closed and they still hooked me up with some flowers and worked with my budget. Flowers were delivered on time and my girl loved them!

I got a beautiful holiday arrangements with roses in it. Roses IMO are a good indicator of a flower shop that knows it's business. After 8 days the arrangement including the roses, still looks great. Small shop, really nice owners and great customer service. I'll definitely go there again.

I am so glad to have found a florist here in the Reno North Valley on Lemmon Dr. Stopped there after a Hometown Cafe visit. Flower Bell set me up with everything for Valentines Day. The owners were able to know just what I was thinking about giving in my price range. I was able to prepay for a dozen rose arrangement, chocolates and a Teddy Bear. All to be delivered to my special lady. I'm knowing that good personal service and creative flowers is easy and close to home. Thanks Flower Bell.

Ordered a boutonniere for my date at a dance and it was beautifully made, exactly what I wanted. The couple there were both incredibly sweet and gave me an extra one just for fun. Would definitely order from here again.
