Absolutely one of the most Pleasant experiences I have had an any business in the last decade. From the Staffing so happy friendly to see me and greet me and do anything they can to work within that budget that I had. The owner was very gracious even of my small purchase of $30 and was very insightful of all the questions I had and Curiosities about the innards of the business kudos to them they should get a shining 6 Stars. Also there Christmas Arrangements are absolutely stunning and very good priced for the amount of work required

Flowers were beautiful, delivered quickly, but what was great was the personalized service. I ordered flowers for a friend who'd gotten engaged, and even though I had a little snafu with the information I'd given about the hotel they were at, this florist was polite with me and eager to help. Great experience!

I placed a order online that was fulfilled through Flower Petal Boutique. The flowers looked nothing like what I ordered. So disappointed. I emailed them on June 7th in regard to this, but have never received a response. In response to owner: Yes, I complained to the vendor I used. They said they contacted you and you said you were sorry I didn't like it. I understand substituting, but at least make it similar to what is ordered.

I cannot speak for the other drivers or the shop itself, but I will say that Mike the driver went above and beyond to try to get a bouquet / box of chocolates delivered properly without leaving them out in the 95 degree weather! Bravo for going above and beyond and making sure things were done properly! He made my day, and my friend's day!

This place was different from my everyday stops, but man am I glad I stopped in. I got a beautiful arrangement for a very fair price and quick service. I didn't catch her name but she was great very friendly and informative. Got a very nice set of roses in a vase

I recently got married and even with my high expectations I was still amazed at what Terry and her crew did. What I wanted wasn't easy but they made my dream wedding a reality. From my huge bride bouquet, to the bride and groom table, candy bar, cake table and centerpieces. Every single arrangement had such detail and was absolutely stunning. I showed Terry a few pictures and ideas and she not only recreated exactly what I wanted she added a few extra touches that made it come together with the rest of the wedding, her crew was so amazing they even went out of their way to decorate my cake! I droped off a plain white 3 tier cake and they added succulents and flowers and made sure my cake was just as beautiful as my flower arrangements. My wedding was beyond amazing and it was all thanks to Terry, Kenny and the staff at Flower Petal boutique, THANK YOU!!!!

I had ordered a premium size bouquet of flowers for my wife, but they delivered the standard size bouquet. I called to ask them to correct the problem and they told me I had to call Teleflora since i ordered directly from. After spending quite some time on the phone with Teleflora, I was told that Flower Petal Boutique has a $15 delivery fee, and since my order only came to $85, they subtracted their delivery fee and from the total and delivered the smaller bouquet to line up with the amount of money they received (I'm guessing this was due to the fact that I used a coupon code on Teleflora's site). How anyone can think this is acceptable is beyond me. I ordered a premium bouquet and should have received a premium bouquet. The fact that this company took it upon themselves to short-change me, the CUSTOMER, is absurd. I don't know what sort of arrangement Flower Petal Boutique has with Teleflora but it most certainly should account for coupon codes. I will NEVER use this Flower Petal Boutique (or Teleflora) for ANYTHING in the future. They may have saved themselves a couple bucks but they cost themselves a customer.

Flower Petal Boutique saved me and my wedding this past November at Sunset Gardens. I was originally paired with another florist but, after inquiring with Kenneth and Terry at FPB, I was sold. FPB beat my original quote by far and where able to throw in a ton of extras. I hope Sunset considers using them moving forward. Terry is the BEST creative designer! We had 2 consultations first to show pics and describe the look I wanted and then she made me a sample bouquet to take home for my wedding. This team is thorough and genuinely cared about making sure I they exceeded my expectations, which they did! My husband and I have made FPB our home and ONLY florist here in Las Vegas. I highly recommend FPB to anyone.

FPB provided the bridal bouquet, a corsage and the boutonnière for the groom. My wedding was at the Valley of Fire and I, of course, was set on flowers that aren’t great in the heat. FPB did an amazing job! My bouquet was gorgeous and because they provided a vase with water we were able to keep them in cold water as long as possible. The result was a bouquet that lasted long after the wedding was over. My flowers still looked beautiful the next day! We will be visiting FPB for our future floral needs. Thank you!
