You might want to think twice before ordering from here. I wasn't happy with an arrangement I ordered from a different florist,so I thought I would try another florist. I order flowers for a hospital and was shopping around you might say. I bought a bouquet for a family member's funeral and it was beautiful for the viewing, but was in half by morning and missed the funeral. Taylor's refused to take any consideration of mine and blamed it all on the funeral home which hadn't moved the basket all night. Needless to say they are not the one for us at the hospital and not for me personally. Poor customer service.

Worked with Taylor's for my wedding flowers. Our meeting was simple and Tracy was so helpful. The BEAUTIFUL flowers were delivered to Lincoln on time with no problems. The flowers were so much better than I could have imagined. I was so happy with everything! The prices were great as well - I spent considerably less than I would have guessed possible. I would highly recommend Taylor's!

I ordered flowers for a family friend that was in the hospital. I was told she was at Clarkson so that is where I sent them. I went to Clarkson to visit her and found out that she was at Methodist. On the way there I wondered if she received the flowers. I thought maybe I missed a phone call from Taylor's. When I got to the hospital the flowers were there and so was my friend! She went on and on about how beautiful the flowers were and they made smile every time she looked at them. Taylor's Flowers called the hospitals and found out where she was and delivered the flowers to her. How can you not applaud that. I have ordered flowers several times and was always pleased. Now I am Awed! I can not thank them enough!!! Kudos!!!!

Anytime I call or just stop in to get flowers or send an arrangement the staff is very helpful and friendly and the flowers are amazing! They've done my daughter's wedding flowers and they were a showstopper!! Tracy is amazing!

Whoever I just spoke to on the phone single handedly lost us as a customer, and we've been using them for several years. Recieved another beautiful vase of flowers for V-Day, but called to complain that the $100 bouquet had started to wilt within 24 hours, and the lady I spoke to was so rude. Her response was sceptical, and she said "well we delivered 225 bouquets that day without a single complaint"... I don't care if you delivered 1000, ours was not up to standard and I'm complaining. You have a 7 day guarantee for a reason.

I ordered flowers for my wife's birthday and requested they be delivered during a class with my daughter. I gave the time and address of the class. I also said that if it wasn't possible to deliver then, a home delivery would be fine. I tried to call to confirm my request was understood, no one answered after ten rings. I emailed and never got a response. The delivery came to the house while my wife was away at the class and they left the delivery slip in the mailbox at the curb, not on the door. We didn't know they even stopped at our house until the mail was picked up the next day. The flowers arrived the day after and were pretty, but I'll never use their service again. It's been nearly a week and I've not received a phone call or email regarding my experience.

Tracy did an amazing job for my nanas funeral! Although I didn’t get a picture of the gorgeous arrangement she made, it was perfect and my nana would’ve loved it! I have always gone to Taylor’s for all of my flowers needs. The best in Omaha!

Hello my name is Joe Fitzgerald and last week I had ordered a Peace Lilly flower from Taylor’s and had them delivered to my best friends sons funeral today. My family and I showed up for the service only to discover there were absolutely no blooms what so ever on the Peace Lilly I had ordered (None). It was the ugliest looking plant out of all of the other arrangements. There were peace Lilly’s purchased from other florists in full bloom but mine was just plain ugly and I was embarrassed to say the least. After the service I noticed Taylor’s 24 hour guarantee on the back of the card in big bold letters stating (we consider every order to be an obligation to give complete satisfaction. Please Phone us at once if you are not completely satisfied in every way). I promptly called Taylor’s only to be given every excuse as to why this plant had no blooms on it. I informed them I was upset as all the other peace Lilly purchased from other flower stores were in bloom and mine was the only plant with no blooms only to basically be told oh well tough luck? Needless to say there 24 hour guarantee means as much as the paper it is written on. The least they could have done was informed me there were no blooms on the plant and I would have ordered something else. I feel very cheated by this place and the fancy guarantee on the card is worthless.

I have been using Taylor’s florist for as long as I can remember. I have NEVER recieved anything but exceptional flowers and customer service. In fact my expectations have always been exceeded. They do all the work and for a little bit of money I always look like the hero. A perfect business relationship in my book.

Taylor's Flowers is the absolute best! I have gotten all of my flowers from them, including all of my son's Homecoming and Prom flowers and they Never disappoint! This includes calling the day of and asking if they can get one done that day and they did so without issue! I love them! The flowers are incredible and the customer service is top notch!
