Great friendly staff! Its easy to get lost in there green house ( in a good way!) and beautiful arrangements! They employ very talented (and cute) florists. Highly recommend the florist choice arrangement!

Horrible customer service and the owner was rude. I ordered a gift basket as a sympathy gift. The cheese expired within a few days of delivery and the owner would only say that she wasn't notified in time. The receiptient didn't want to rude to me to tell me that the cheese in the basket was expired or that the crackers used in the basket were cheap and tasteless. I would not recommend this floral shop to assemble any type of food baskets and given how their owned talked to me I will be notifying and asking FTD to remove them as a vendor. I paid good money to have expired cheese given as a gift .

Super disappointed with my experience so far. My partner sent me the alluring alstroemeria arrangement to cheer me up from an incredibly trying week. He also included a teddy bear and box of chocolates which looked great. However, the flowers that I received were the exact opposite. When I called to see what could be done about that, I was told that they had only just gotten white alstroemerias and they probably just weren’t opened yet. Why not call the person who ordered the arrangement to tell them this?? I’ve included pictures of what arrived vs what was ordered. They are coming to pick the flowers up to “check the quality” even though they sent them yesterday so I would think they would already know. There’s no way that the person who put together my arrangement thought it was okay. Hopefully they’ll have the correct arrangement on Monday (today is Wednesday). Customer service was not super awesome. The woman I talked to seemed annoyed that I had called and never offered an apology. She made me feel like I was either lying or just an idiot. I would not recommend Oak Creek Flowers from my experience so far.

They were great. I shipped them something to be sent with the flowers. They took great care of it. The flowers were perfect and in a beautiful vase. It's been about 10 days now and the flowers are still alive!

My daughter ordered flowers for my birthday. I sent her a picture of them when they arrived. She was very upset, she said "they are not the flowers she ordered. She then sent me a picture of the one she ordered. Not even a comparable match. After she had many conversations with Oak Creek she requested her money back. They did so . I got a phone call the day after my birthday from one of their delivery drivers requesting to pick up the flowers they delivered to me What a shock. This left me totally speechless. I could tell that the delivery guy was uncomfortable doing so and said "he was only following orders". I would not recommend this florist to anyone. I had a very happy birthday anyway and told my daughter that it was the thought that counts.

I've purchased a variety of things, including things for my reptile enclosures and some personal favorites! Always friendly, helpful. The store Bulldog is my daughters favorite. She loves on him while I look for plants. Such a wonderful store!

What an awesome experience! I have never been here before and have always drove by. Today I wanted to get a simple flower arrangement for a friend and stopped by...finally! I am so glad I did! My son ordered flowers from Oak Creek Flowers, Lincoln, NE for my wife to be delivered on Friday to our home for for Mother's Day. They left a hang tag on our door since we were not home. We called and they were to deliver between 1-4 on sat. They called, running late, would deliver yet that night. They never showed. We left them a message Sunday telling them to leave outside door as we were golfing. No flowers. We called them Sunday late afternoon, the receptionist referred me to "the boss". I expressed our frustration, "we had so many orders, yada, yada. I suggested that considering what all happened they should deliver the order and refund my son the purchase cost. "The boss" stated, "That's not going to happen", and hung up on me. On Monday my wife called and they stated they were cancelling the order and refunding the purchase cost. I don't think that is how one does business. If too many orders, as he claimed, the solution is less orders. You don't hang up on a customer. Very disappointing and no more business from our family.

The flowers I ordered looked NOTHING like what I had paid for. I ordered a sympathy bouquet because we couldn’t be there for our family during such a trying and difficult time. The photo of the bouquet online was beautiful and well put together. What my family actually received looked like it was thrown together in 5 minuets. Do NOT order from here. If I had gotten what I thought I had paid for it would have been worth the $60. What was received wasn’t even worth $20.

As a Botanist I visit greenhouses across the country to see the different varieties of plant species each location has to offer. I'm mostly interested in tropical & sub tropical house plants. I was amazed when i walked into the greenhouses at Oak Creek! They have the best quality and diversity of plants Nebraska has to offer. I can't believe no one had every mentioned this place during horticultural conversations. I found this place by chance. In my twenty years of working with tropical plants I can honestly rabk Oak Creek #1!!

I placed an order for a Mother's Day delivery that was never delivered. When I called them to inquire and ask that the flowers still be delivered since they were already paid for, I was told the manager would return my call. No return phone call. I had to send three emails asking for a refund before I finally received an email with a receipt credit attached. They couldn't even be bothered with typing a simple "hello, here is your receipt" let alone an apology for my Mother not receiving her gift.
