In my opinion, Herman's makes the BEST floral arrangements in town. As a funeral director, I use them almost exclusively when arranging funerals. They're ability to make impossible deadlines and provide picture perfect floral arrangements, makes them dependable. The flowers are always big and beautiful, not like the small retail flowers. Excellent service every time.

I would love to be able to give this flower shop a raving review considering they have been a part of our community for so many years, but my experience was less than desired. I wanted to send some flowers this Valentine's day, so I stopped in the shop the Friday before around 2PM. I walked in and was surprised to find the store empty, considering the number of cars in the parking lot. I wandered around the store for a while, hearing chatter in the back room. Finally, tired of wandering, I went to the front desk and waited for someone to greet me. I was in the store for a little over 20 minutes total. During that time, two people came from the back room, looked at me and went out the door. Never asking me if I needed help, never asking if they could get someone. Imagine my surprise when I finally got fed up with waiting and left to see one of the women outside smoking in her car. Apparently, her smoke break was priority before customer service. I was so displeased that I went to another local florist to order my arrangement. I was so pleased with their customer service and quality of flowers, they will be getting all of my business from this point forward.

Always buy flowers there. I have been buying flowers for my wife from Herman's for twenty years. This is the first time they have ever asked my name. Maybe they got their first computer. I think their flowers are wonderful and they always arrange them professionally. That are close so I will keep going back.

As always, I ordered flowers for my grandma's birthday and spoke with Sylvia. She did an amazing job. The flowers are always fresh and the arrangements are beautifully made. I've ordered from Herman's Flowers from the last four years for my family members who reside in Great Falls (as I live here in Colorado). The ladies always exceed my expectations and are very kind and helpful over the phone to help make my family's and my experiences always a memorable one. Even when I order last minute, they always have been able to make the trip to deliver the flowers same day. Thank you so much for blessing my grandma on her birthday! We had the worst experience here. We went in to place a rather large flower order for my wedding. The lady who did the wedding flowers was not there, so the lady who was helping us asked the new wedding flower wedding girl if she could help us and she told us to go somewhere else. Customer service was awful. Very rude employees. I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I will not be returning.

Not Recommended. We entrust florists with vital moments in our lives. Some of theme joyous and some tragic. On April 15 a good friend of mine unexpectedly took his own life. Totally out of character. The tragedy is monumental. He left behind a two young daughters he was very close to and a loving wife. Its hard to write those words with out emotion. He was a really good guy who made peoples lives better and was loved by the community. There was no funeral for me to attend. I called Hermans and explained the situation and asked them to make up something appropriate. I set no limit on price. I just wanted an expression of my families grief and empathy sent to the widow. Three weeks later, I could not verify that the delivery was ever made - I had no idea what was delivered - if anything. There was no charge to my bank account nor receipt sent. I called about 3 or 4 times. On Friday May 6th they could not tell me if they were delivered. Then they told me that they could not deliver them - and had the widow pick them up. Then today I recieved an e-mail claiming that they drove them out and delivered them. A charge for $151 finally showed up on my bank account on May 7th. However they have had my card number laying around since April 17th. Who knows what they did with all my personal information...I am going to cancel my ATM card and get another one as I can not be sure they did not just toss my personal info in the trash where it can be found. I am more than disappointed. Given the nature of the occasion, I would have expected more consideration. I recommend you find another florist.

My flowers were supposed to be here on January 12th, they arrived here in Black Eagle on Monday the 15th. They are beautiful but the lady who delivered our flowers lectured me on the care of our cats. We fed them in the morning and we feed them in the evening. She also told us we did not have shelter for our cats.We do both Inside and outside. The employee must have been walking around our home. Then she put canned food in their food dish even though we asked her not to. I am furious!! We should have an apology. This should not have happened!

Took a plant in to find out what it was (lavender) and the woman at the register did not know by looking at it (there were identifiable flowers on it) so she had to Google it. I've never experienced such inexperience at a flower/plant shop. It's not like it was Walmart so I expected too much I guess
