Giving zero stars wasn't an option. Ordered flowers through FTD and wasn't excited about the arrangement received from St. Jude. Flowers were older looking and wilted upon receipt. Called FTD and asked for a replacement and was told the florist refused a new arrangement delivery. Looking at other reviews I'm not quite sure why FTD continues to use them as there are plenty more options in the area. I requested and received a refund from FTD after giving St. Jude Flowers the option to make it right but they refused.

We ordered through FTD, and St Jude's delivered the flowers. The flowers looked old and dead and looked nothing like the FTD website flowers. We thought they would just give us a new set of flowers. But, no, they wanted the old flowers back first, like they thought we were trying to steal from them. And, they had to wait to do this as well. How sad!

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! NEVER AGAIN!!! Only one star because I had to in order to post this! I ordered a plant arrangement for my husband to his work....what I ordered and what he got were TWO totally different things!!!! I have tried to contact via email and called and left messages and NO one has returned calls or emails to me. I spent $60 for something that looked NOTHING like what was pictured online. I understand that some things may slightly different but this was totally different! Never had any personal contact with anyone other than they delivered the arrangement to my husband and my husband thought it was a joke that I sent him. The original item was small plants in a clear container and what he received was a fairy garden. For those that work at this flower shop, maybe you should check your emails and follow up with your unsatisfied customers if you expect them to be returning customers.

I received a beautiful arrangement of flowers for my anniversary from St Judes Florist. The flowers were absolutely gorgeous. The delivery driver had a smile on his face and even told me "Happy Anniversary". It made my day. I will recommend them to everyone

So friendly and help me with my customer with a last minute bow to be made for a sweet sixteen new car there daughter on Valentines day needless to say everyone one was very happy and the bow was a super hit with all!!! One star is being generous to this florist. I have never in my life seen such a terrible arrangement especially paying $150 for it!!! Received the arrangement not even in any sort of box for transporting, the roses were brown on the tips and a couple wilted. A co-worker received the exact Vera Wang arrangement....both from FTD how’ve hers came from Dierberg’s.....night and day and made the arrangement St. Jude’s sent out looking even more pathetic. Needless to say I was out running to three other florists scrambling for a last minute arrangement. FTD was great at reimbursing the cost however this florist wanted their crappy arrangement back for “quality control” and compared it to exchanging a piece of clothing and said that since the money was refunded that they had to have the flowers back since we didn’t pay for them. What a joke. Never never never use this place. I told FTD they should not even pair up with them and they should be ashamed.

I honestly can say I have never had such disappointing experience. I live in Chicago and ordered flowers for my mother's birthday through FTD. Unfortunately, out of all the florists in St Louis, my order ended up at St Jude's. I left a message for the owner and apparently a customer's complaint does not warrant a call back. My mother missed the delivery and they told her she could pick them her flowered up. She lives in South County. She asked if they could deliver them again and they said they would deliver them the next day. She asked when the delivery would arrive and they said between 10:00-12:00. 12:15 no flowers. She called and asked where were her goddam flowers. The woman hung up on her, my mother called back and was hung up on again. She called a third time and was told that they would not deliver her flowers because she cursed at them and they were in fear of their drivers safety hung up on her yet again. My mother is 75 years old. She's 5'1" and doesn't own a gun. She was upset. She did not use profanity. I have worked in customer service and with clients my entire career and have never hung up on an upset customer. How does that help anyone? My poor mother was so upset. I'm completely disgusted. ORDER FROM HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK. Horrible, truly.

The flower arrangement was beautiful, but you did not deliver the birdhouse arrangement that I ordered. You delivered a bucket with roses instead. If you were unable to fill the order as placed, you should have checked with me before substituting.

My name is Carol Waters and I am using Jackie's computer to write this review. I ordered a "Celebrate the Season" FTD Christmas centerpiece on Dec. 15th to be delivered on Dec. 22. I carefully looked over all my choices and specifically ordered this item. It had a square glass and red metal lantern candle holder in the center that could be reused. I ordered the $60.00 arrangement and received a 15% FTD discount on a "special". I ordered well in advance to assure I would get what I ordered. My recipient sent me a picture of the arrangement when she received it and it was nothing like what I ordered. It had less flowers and a red, ordinary candle globe in the center. Even the greenery was different. I was very upset and called FTD and the local florist, St. Jude's Flowers and Gifts. FTD said it would issue me a discount on my NEXT order, but were not very worried about my current order. When I called St. Jude's. a young girl politely listened to me and said she would let the owner know the situation. When no one returned my call by the next day, (the 23rd) I left a message on the answering machine at the business. I never heard from any one (I even prayed to St. Jude, the patron saint of lost causes). I am a business owner myself and found this to be unacceptable and rude. I felt like my order was not considered important and I should just accept the situation and pay for something I did not order. The item I wanted was still appearing on the florist web site on the 22nd...so why didn't I get it?? In the past florist have called and told me if I could not get the specific item I ordered and offered a substitute....this did not happen in this case. Also, when I went to the recipients home on the 25th, the flowers were already wilting. I was also surprised that a Hazelwood florist would be chosen to make a delivery in southwest St. Louis City. I couldn't even drive to the florist in a reasonable amount of time to express my concerns. I write a complaint letter about once every ten years... so congratulations! Overall I am extremely upset about this situation!!

You had ONE job on Valentine's Day... The flowers I received were ordered by my bf at the FTD website. This is the most pitiful arrangement I've ever received and I'm upset he paid for these! The flowers are wilted, the water is filthy, and the greenery is dried and crisp. These look like they've been sitting around for a few days, nothing fresh and vibrant about them; the arrangement wasn't even wrapped or packaged! I can't speak to their customer service because my bf is handling that. I personally would not ever use this florist if, on one of their biggest days, this is the quality you get. Pathetic.
