I placed my order the afternoon before and it was delivered the next day (Valentine's Day) before the recipient got to work. Very professional. (she also very much enjoyed the flowers). The only critique I have is that there be a way to check your order status and a better of understanding of when your order will be/when it is delivered. Update: they gave her the wrong flowers and the wrong amount of roses. Won't be back.

My wife was supposed to have flowers delivered to her hotel room. They were not. I have not been able to receive an adequate answer from management about why they were not delivered. The florist says they were delivered to the front desk but cannot provide a name of the person who received them. The hotel insists they did not receive flowers. Someone is not being truthful, and since neither seems inclined--after multiple inquiries by me to determine the cause--to find an answer, I will hold both accountable. Do not use this florist for any delivery that you deem important. And who sends flowers and doesn't deem them important?

The flowers are lovely, but your delivery person sat them on the step in front of the door. I couldn’t open the door to get them. I have a covered front porch with a bench on it. It’s pouring down rain, I had to go out the back door, all the way around the house, and up the stairs. I’m 69, but regardless how smart do you have to be to not sit them so the door can’t be opened?

I have always gotten my flowers through Russell Florist and I have never been disappointed. The care, technique, and love that is put into every arrangement is evident. They are quick to deliver and they have good customer service. I just tried ordering online for the first time, and what do you know? That was a breeze as well!! Love this place!!!!

I received a beautiful arrangement from Russel Florist this year. The flowers were all perfectly blooming and stayed that way for weeks. The delivery was on time and the flowers were not damaged in any way by the transportation, which is a problem I have experienced with other local shops. The prices were a little higher than expected, but it was well worth it for the quality. We'll continue to use Russell's for our future needs.

We had the most beautiful and full arrangements for my dads funeral this week. Our family will use Russell Florist for all of our flower needs from now on. Very fairly priced.

Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with my experience. I ordered flowers for my mother on Valentine's Day and she did not receive them. She was at her home all day. I later discovered that my mom spent the evening crying. Even worse, neither her or I received a phone call, note, or email informing us that the flowers would not be delivered on time. When I contacted the store owner, she was difficult to work with and unwilling to provide me with a reasonable explanation or solution. Russell Florist handled the entire situation extremely unprofessionally. They are supposed to be in the business of delivering flowers in a timely, professional manner. In my experience, they did nothing of the sort. I will not be using them again and recommend that others consider alternative, more reliable florists in the area.

Wanted baby blue ribbon for a wrist corsage. They had no baby blue ribbon. Who doesn't have baby blue ribbon? Picked up wrist corsage, looked like 2 big roses just thrown together. Was the ugliest thing I have ever seen. Wanted pick up time for 1:30, was told they were going to 1 on the ticket. Fine, got a call at 12:47 and was asked if anyone was gonna pick up the corsage. Over all bad experience. Won't go back again!

They look nice they smell good too, but my bouquet of flowers had 1 Lily and the bouquet of flowers did not look like the picture. My bouquet of flowers was not as full as what the picture looked like.

Emergency funeral flowers needed day of by 11am!!! Rosie took great care of me and made it happen. She was a life saver! Would definitely use them again!!

HORRIBLE - IT DOES NOT GET WORSE Placed on order for delivery by 5PM, order NEVER made it there. I called them to see where the order was, they had no clue why it was still not there, they had to call me back. They called me back and said the order will not be there by 5 so I said I do not need the order then, she said she will cancel the order. THEY STILL CHARGED $91.29 TO MY CARD, WHEN I ASKED WHY I WAS CHARGED FOR AN ORDER THAT WAS NEVER DELIVERED THEY SAID THEY DROPPED THE ORDER OFF AT 5PM BUT NO ONE EVER CAME! They refused to give a refund or look at their records for proof of delivery or drop off. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND I WILL TELL EVERYONE TO STAY AWAY FROM THEM!! They come off friendly until they get your payment information and then you are on your own but they will make sure they charge you whether you received the order or not.

Kren is a floral magician! I'm a little shameful to say that I 'discovered' Russell Florist Inc after 7 years in Almaden. I told Kren I wanted a nice bouquet for our 15th anniversary. And he concocted the most beautiful arrangement I ever offered my wife. I'll be back. :)
