If you want to WOW your special someone, use Michele's Floral!!! I'm new to Branson and unfamiliar with the florists here locally. My boyfriend called Michele's after hours from Farmington to order the most stunning bouquet of flowers I've ever received!!!! My picture doesn't do them justice, the colors were simply magnificent!!

Michele was great! I’m overseas and wanted to send something to my father after a surprise surgery. I made the order and then they moved him to a different hospital. She worked with me to get the delivery rearranged. So refreshing to have a person who really cares!

When we decided to celebrate our anniversary in Branson, I knew I would need to order flowers from a local florist. I chose Michele's on line. Over our fourty three anniversaries and other occasions, I have ordered lots of bouquets. I would rate the daisy and rose bouquet from Michele's as one of the most beautiful of them all. I have ordered twice from Michele's. I send flowers to my Mother for her birthday and since I am in Chicago, it's hard to pick a reliable shop. The staff here has been extremely pleasant and helpful each time. They even attempted to deliver twice when she was not home. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The lady's are quite unhelpful and rude. They can't seem to be bothered with any sort of questions. The flower arrangements are poorly done, uncreative, over priced and do not last long. Save your self some time and money, either do your own arrangements or find a different flower shop.

We had funeral flowers done at Michele's. SOO beautiful. I can't praise the flowers or the lady who did them enough. She took much added extra time to work with us and give us lots of ideas and special help...like she could read the feelings and the stress people in a time of grief are under and she was so patient and helpful--with both the initial order and the'inspection tour' we came on to the shop a few days later to see how things were going. She willingly went over everything again and patiently explained so much and seemed such a good sport about it instead of irritated or pressed for time. And those flowers, both the casket flowers and the bouquets that stand at each end. The breathtaking freshness and beauty of them was healing somehow. Several in our group mentioned that. As the days went on afterwards, the 2 bouquets we took home were slowly reduced as some greenery died-- and we finally too them apart and did our own arrangements. The roses and gladiolas and some of the kinds of filler and greens stayed so lovely for so long. Honestly, can't say enough about those beautiful flowers or the kind treatment we received. Thank you!

The ladies at Michele's Floral completely revamped the bouquet over the course of a few hours, charged next to nothing for the revisions, and it was amazing! They saved the wedding!!

While I appreciate the gesture by my daughter, I've sent her a picture of them and told her she needs to get her money back! I'll certainly never do business with this place!!

Needed an extraordinary edible gift delivery in Branson. All bakers were booked there wasn't a cake in all the land. This gift HAD to be chocolate and needed to be delivered. Called Michele knowing I could at least recognize this bday with flowers. As she was describing her floral idea, that sounded lovely, I said... what I really want is a mind blowing decadent triple chocolate cake, but all bakers were booked. You know what she said? MY florist? "NO PROBLEM!" she said. "I will handle it". Well, handle it she did! The recipient was thrilled. The creation Michele had arranged was beyond basic. It was over the top, decadent, a chocolate sculpture with strawberries and artistry extraordinaire. The recipient was giddy! This florist wants one thing....that is making her clients happy. She got a product out of her scope and do so with fabulous customer service. Packaged perfect and tied up with a beautiful bow. If you are looking for personalized dedicated service call Michele. She is a one stop, all purpose, make your delivery/gift idea dreams come true! Thanks Michele! You are simply the best!
