I used Mexico Road Florist in 2012 for my wedding. It was my one and only regret with all my wedding choices. I shopped around and got estimates from other florists besides mexico road florist but Karen(owner) promised me great service and describe my flowers exactly how I imagined them. She was my most expensive quote, but we decided to use her any way because we really thought by the way she spoke she would give us the best flowers for our wedding. The day of my wedding no one from mexico road florist showed up to pin on the groom, groomsmen, or fathers boutineers and she never delieverd the roses for the mother's ceremony. Which was VERY upseting to have to skip that part of the wedding ceremony. When I confronted Karen about the pinning of the boutineers she said that was my venues job and that the mothers roses were not in our contract. EVERYTHING she messed up on was most definantly in the contract. The worst part of the whole thing was my centerpieces. We paid a lot of money to have full short and tall centerpeices. They were sadly the first thing I noticed when I sat down at my own reception. They were VERY VERY bare. In each vase there were a couple flowers and a couple twigs. They were horrible and very embarrassing. It seemed as though we had went cheap on our flowers when in reality we picked our highest quotes in hopes they would be amazing. I HIGHLY regret using this company and unfortunately will never get to redo the day or my choice of using them. Brides beware, PLEASE do NOT use this florist. She will promise you a lot but will NOT deliver (literally).

We were going to use Karen for our wedding. The meeting went well. We were sent her contract for her service. She wanted a deposit before she would disclose her price. At the appointment we were given a ball park but after she got that deposit and contract all hell broke loose. The price was no where near what she quoted It was astronomical. Once we brought that to her attention She kept screaming you sign the contract. And refused to return the deposit. Buyer beware she is very dishonest.

Been getting my ex wife Mother’s Day, Birthday flowers from here on behalf of my kiddo for the last 6-7 years. They never disappoint. Buy your ex flowers for your kids! My son loves it and so does the ex-wife.

I had Mexico Rd. Florist do my wedding flowers about a month ago, I couldn't have been more pleased with the service I received. Karen was easily one of the best vendors I worked with to plan my wedding. She was attentive, creative, and very responsive. She was able to create my vision on a limited budget and was very forthcoming about the pricing. She texted me photos as she created my bouquet and even gave us a complimentary centerpiece for the foyer at our reception venue. I really enjoyed working with her and would recommend them to anyone!

My daughter got her flowers from here for her wedding this past weekend. They where gorgeous. The confetti daisies looked so good with the bridesmaids dresses. When we first met with Karen to order we had know idea what we wanted. She took the time and showed us different flowers until we found what we liked. The prices where about the same or lower compared to some other florist. I would definitely recommend getting flowers from here.

I came into Karen 'S shop, I really didn't know what I wanted I only had a color scheme. She provided her expertise. The BOUQUETS AND CORSAGE were out of this world. So beautifully designed. I received so many complements. I will definitely use her again

Something Changed I have used these people before and was every delighted. I called to order flowers and they took my number to call me back. I figured they were busy, 2/14 is coming. Previously, I was able to give my order immediately. I called again late the following day, after no call back, only to be told they would need my number to call me back, again. I told the lady who answered the phone that my number was taken yesterday. I said, if you don't want to take my order now then I'll find someone else. She said "Ok then" and hung up. Very disappointed.
