Irene’s Floral Design made my wedding day unforgettable. I planned my wedding while living cross country, which was certainly a challenge. When Cory and I met, it was through FaceTime. Cory walked me through every step of the process, saw my design better than I did, answered my millions of questions via email and phone... she was absolutely incredible. I would work with Cory on any event, big or small. The flowers are incredible and the prices are so reasonable. She is so creative, professional, insightful and consultative. I can’t recommend Irene’s Floral Design enough. Thank you so much!!!

Friendly, but not very helpful. Went in for a flower crown for my wedding. I showed them a picture of exactly how I wanted it (simple and leafy) pretty much said it’s not going to turn out. They didn’t give advice or any suggestions they just made me feel dumb. Go somewhere else lol

Rudest and worst customer service I have ever experienced at a florist. They were supposed to deliver flowers last week. I was not home so they left the flowers with a neighbor. They did not leave a card or any communication to sender letting us know flowers had been delivered or left anywhere. We are new to the area and no one brought them to us. Took a few days to realize we were supposed to get flowers as I had major surgery and my mother died in same week. Today they were supposed to redeliver. We called to check on time and they said the delivery window was when I have medical appointment from surgery. It is too cold to leave them outside. We asked then to delay or redeliver tomorrow and reaction was extremely unhelpful and rude. They said there would be a charge and that it wouldn’t happen until after Valentine’s Day. The assistant on phone said”that’s just the way it has to be if you can’t be there” . I talked to the owner who was rude and uncaring with horrible attitude. Said nothing she could do if I couldn’t be there and I couldn’t get them now till after Valentine even although she admitted it was their mistake not leaving communication about the wrong delivery last week. Owner is Rude, snotty attitude and extremely unhelpful.

We just recently used Irene’s floral design for our wedding on 6.9.18. I can’t even describe how amazing they are! My bouquet brought tears to my eyes! It was everything I dreamed of and more! Bridesmaid bouquets were outstanding as well and I truly fell like all these arrangements and my beautiful arbor piece they also made, made the look of our wedding!!! Cory is outstanding at what she does and is absolutely the sweetest! I would recommended this florist to any bride out there, a million times over and over! I met with Cory on several different occasions and she was just so easy and awesome to work with and paid attention to every single detail that I wanted! Best florist around!!!!

Cory, the owner was absolutely wonderful to work with. I knew from the minute I saw her designs at the wedding show that she had to do our bouquets. And I was not disappointed. There was a slight mishap with delivery (cake flowers left behind) but they were immediately brought to the venue when realized they were not delivered with the rest of the flowers. I unexpectedly lost my Father 6 months into planning my wedding, and Cory was very helpful in ideas for him. She offered a red presentation rose for free and when I went to drop off some charms to put into my bouquet, she gave me a bouquet of 5 orange/yellow roses for the 5 month anniversary of his death to take to his grave. Very sweet of her. I highly recommend Cory and her crew!
